I'm not in the habit of writing Yelp reviews, but I like to share news about a good thing when I come across it, and Perfect Reflections definitely falls into that category! I HIGHLY recommend Ron and his service, Perfect Reflections House Cleaning. I moved a number of months ago and had to change house-cleaning services. I didn't have anyone locally who could make a recommendation, so I turned to an internet search. I really appreciate a personal touch in any service provider, so I was inclined to steer clear of the national/corporate/franchised services. Based on the Perfect Reflections' website and reviews on Yelp, it seemed they would fit the bill, though I did attempt to connect with a couple of others. In one case, after completing an on-line form, the call that was promised never materialized. In another case, I could tell immediately that I would be faced with a hard sell aimed at escalating the price, so I gave that one a pass. What a breath of fresh air Ron was! He answered his phone when I called initially for information, and was very helpful. He arrived a few minutes early for our initial appointment to walk through the house and determine exactly what my needs were. Ron really made an effort to understand what areas were most critical to me, and exactly how I would like them to be cleaned. He is very personable and easy to communicate with, including being available via email, which is important to me. He is accommodating and flexible with method of payment, and was happy to work around our pooch being in the house, rather than having to crate her or leave her in the garage. We have a set day and time for cleaning (which he is willing to adjust as necessary) so we can plan accordingly. We had our first cleaning last week and we were VERY pleased. The house was overdue for a deep cleaning, so we know they went above and beyond to achieve the result they did. You know that great feeling you get when you walk into your house after its just been cleaned? Well, we're still getting that feeling five days later! On top of all that, Ron's pricing is fair and reasonable. We have committed to having Perfect Reflections clean our home every two weeks, and we're looking forward to having a long and smooth relationship with them, based on first-rate customer service and excellent cleaning! read more

My family and I recently moved to Pleasanton and I was eager to find a new cleaning service. Once life hit and school started for the kids this was put on the back burner.....but when I had my first set of house guests coming I started looking. I had actually made an appointment with a different service originally but when they arrived they were so unprofessional and rude that I asked them to leave. I am a very friendly person and I was in total shock that things had gone so wrong. So there I was with only 4 hours till company was arriving and my house was not clean. I started to panic! This was the first time anyone was coming to see our new home and I wanted it to be beautiful. I quickly went on line started searching and found Perfect Reflection. When I picked up the phone to call I honestly didn't think that I would be able to get my house cleaned that day, I mean who does that? Within 30mins Ron was at my door! He was very thorough and took detailed notes about what was important to me. He offered a price that was very fair and his girls showed up (after hours) and works 3 hours straight and cleaned my house top to bottom! Ron even personally worked to make sure that the job was done quickly! I cant say enough good things about Ron and his team. What a great experience! I am new to the area, I recently moved from the East Coast. I looked on yelp myself trying to find a cleaning service that would be reputable, prompt, do a nice job, maintain professionalism and I succeeded! The owner called me back within minutes after leaving a voicemail about being interested in acquiring a new cleaning service. We discussed my needs and how his company and personnel handle each home dependent upon individual needs. We met the following day and went through my home and how I would desire each room to be dealt with and what my preferences were for cleaning,(dry dusting vs. damp wiping, etc.). The owner and team arrived today and the owner went thru each room with written notes with my particular wishes. At that point, the owner left and the team went to town. The 2 woman worked non-stop and diligently got everything done and had a professional and pleasant attitude the whole afternoon. The cleaning job was fabulous and affordable. I am thrilled to have found a cleaning service I plan on keeping for many years to come. The other nice service that I enjoy is an invoice is sent the day prior to cleaning. I was IMMENSELY pleased with the service and quality of this company. On very short notice Ron was able to wrangle things around and put together a small crew to clean the house I recently moved out of and my landlord was eager to show. The results were beautiful and items that I thought were beyond being able to be cleaned were sparkling and spotless. Not only was Ron and his team prompt but everything he said all the way down to the estimate was consistent and never changed. He and his team were a true pleasure to work with and I would recommend and use them for any and all future endeavors. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner and now live in an area that he does not service. I used Perfect Reflection during my recent move and they were a lifesaver. Like everyone else, working full time and going back to school meant that I was stressing out about finding time to clean my old place and move into a new place. I called Ron on Wednesday needing someone to clean on a Sunday. Most places don't clean on Sundays, but Ron said he could make it work. Ron made sure to call me on Saturday to confirm my appointment. On Sunday, they were there at 9a.m. on the dot. Ron and I did a walk through and his team quickly got to work. After a few hours my place looked fantastic. Thank You Perfect Reflection! I used Perfect Reflection to come detail my house before an inspection and they did an awesome job. They even cleaned the blinds and my sliding glass window! Ron came by the house a couple of days before the cleaning to ask specific questions on what I wanted done and what areas bothered me the most. I have two dogs that go in and out of a dog door into the kitchen so the kitchen floor drives me nuts. Now it sparkles! Not only was the service great but also very reasonable.
