I have been going to this small neighborhood salon for many years and am very satisfied with the quality of my manicures and pedicures. Nancy and David are good people who work hard to take care of their customers. Both my husband and I appreciate their pedicures, particularly the attention to problem, or potentially problem, areas. I also have been taking my 83 year old sister-in-law there every month for a mani/pedi and she not only enjoys it, David has been able to gradually repair her toenails so she is no longer in pain. Plus, his gentle teasing makes her laugh. That's a treat! read more

Went here for the first time and what stood out to me was that my tech was detail oriented and made sure I was happy with every step before proceeding! I love my nails and I've posted photos of them. Their prices were reasonable as well and they have a high school student special. Will be back when I'm tired of my current set! read more

Wonderful experience w this little Mom and Pop shop. Pedi was amazing with the exfoliating, massage, moisturizer and the "lunch" facial was heavenly. David has experience w special pedicure needs of a diabetic. Nancy has the best touch. The Lunch time facial was awesome. My first in a shop and at 60 yrs old, she made my skin look 25 yrs younger. My crows feet nearly invisible Manicure was French style and super cute. A warm an friendly shop w great prices for my budget. We're happy to show me the sterilization process for their tool. They have been at same location for 17 yrs. then got a couple of gift certificates so folks I love could get that facial. Next time will plan better so I have time to try their 90 minute facial. If I could give zero stars I would! Awful pedicure that was complete in 13 mins, used old files and equipment, didn't use a new nail kit, paid $26... then they got mad and kicked me out when I told them that their prices don't match the service, but not before they charged my card without telling me the amount! I was so disappointed in my gel mani/pedi. Thought I would give business to a small family owned shop---wrong choice for sure. When I called for an appointment I was told one amount and once done I was charged another amount. When I questioned the owner, she said I was wrong. The quality of service was so sub-par. After only 3 days my mani is beginning to fail and there were bubbles and rough spots with my pedi immediately. No massage or scrub with my pedi. Also---no social distancing of their clients, they filled all their chairs with us packed into together. I was there first, and they just did not do any kind of protection. Unfortunately the pedicure I received was not very good. This was my first time here. The shop is small with a husband and wife team doing the work. The husband did the pedicure and was a bit rough when smoothing my skin. He scraped the skin on the side of my foot causing a cut. The woman next to me also complained. He wasn't very detailed in trimming the dead skin around the toes. The wife applied the polish but wasn't particularly detailed or careful. They were very nice, spoke English well, and made sure I was comfortable. The place was clean enough though not spotless, and he did wash his hands before working on me. I don't think I'll go back. read more

Overpriced for the work completed. Rushed through pedicure and they don't even clean the skin around your toe nails. Had to clean them up myself when I got home. Prices should be cut in half. Gel polish is already lifting after 3 days. Gel manicure was a little better, but again, polish is lifting since they don't bother filing the gel overflow around the nail post manicure. Would never go back or recommend this place. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever had. David was very rough, even after telling him he was hurting me. Total time for pedicure was 20 miutes and they had the nerve to charge $26. They didn't even bother to remove the Polish they slopped around the edges of toenails. I could say more, but will refrain. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've never in my life had a worse nail experience. The lady was rude, only gave me four or five color choices despite there being piles of options stacked up next to the counter (none of the choices given we're what I wanted, but I just went with it), the lady continued to do a poor job, not addressing any of my concerns during the process. She did multiple layers on my nails without letting them dry properly, so when she went to file everything went to s***. She told me to go wash my hands and before I got back to the chair where my purse was, she was working on another customer. I expressed the job was done poorly, the nails weren't hard (dip powder), and two nails had already came partially off while washing my hands. She asked me to pay, I was in tears, she refused to fix her work since she was too busy. I called another nail place crying, they fixed her work, confirmed the job was not so well or properly, did a stellar job, and only charged me half price. DO NOT go here unless you want a horrible experience at a very dirty salon. Go to the place in the Albertson's parking lot, they are FABULOUS!! read more

After going to several places in Eugene I finally found a wonderful place to get my manicure and pedicure. The staff is incredibly nice and they do not rush through their work, as they seem to do in so many places in town. Excellent work and great people. It is a long drive for me, but well worth it. I will keep coming here as long as I live in Eugene. read more

They were definitely rushing when doing my nails. I would not recommend this place. They were nice but should not be doing nails in such a rush that my skin is stuck to my nails from the glue. I also think that there were not very many color options. read more

I can't explain how happy I am that Nancy took the time and care to fix an absolutely horrible situation I got myself into. I had my nails done at another shop and wasn't even sure if anyone could help me to fix them.Nancy took pity on me and gave me the most beautiful nails I have ever seen. It's been over a week with no visible grow out and they are so smooth and perfect they feel like they are my own nails. I will never visit another nail salon. She assured me she would do a professional job, and she did. When I went dancing with my husband at a special event, my nails glowed in the dark! What an amazing surprise! Used Visa debit to pay and tipped $5 and my bank account was hit for $8. I called to check on the error and ask for my money back and he said he couldn't refund my money electronically. I won't go back anyway because the place is not very clean. read more
