I went in for eyebrow threading and was not impressed by my experience. When I walked in there was only one other customer and one of 4 waiting employees came over right away to help me. After I sat down, the first thing she asked me was whether I was paying cash. When I said no, she said there is a $1 fee for using a credit card. Not a huge deal but this information is nowhere to be found on the menu of prices by the door and she waited until after I took off my coat and sat down to let me know. I also found her work to be mediocre at best. She spent maybe 4 minutes with me from start to finish and did not ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done. When she was done, she did not hand me a mirror and started to walk away so I had to call her back over after I was able to take a closer look in the large mirror to ask her to even out my eyebrows, which pretty obviously looked uneven. Also, I pluck in between threadings and she made sure to point out she couldn't thread the baby hairs and that I would have to clean that up myself (in every other place I've been to in the 10 years I've been having my eyebrows threaded usually they tweeze at least some of those for you). My last complaint is when I went to pay she tried to ask me for a bunch of information before she would take my card (to put me in their customer database without asking ). Seems like a desperate move of a struggling business to me. I do think i just got unlucky with who helped me though. That one other customer that was seated when i walked in was still having her eyebrows carefully threaded by a much friendlier employee when I left so at least some of the employees are able to offer actual customer service. read more

Beware!!! New pricing system in place. $15 for sr and $12 for jr threader. The junior person was on break so lost my business because I am not paying $15. Crazy system/trying to disguise $3 price increase. Never going here again! read more

This place is good overall. There are definitely some threaders who aren't very experienced, which results in tortuous threading. One of them is incredible and it doesn't even hurt, so it's luck of the draw with this place. Prices are on par with the area. read more

Sadly despite walking out of here with badly shaped brows six months ago I returned Monday as I happened to be at the mall - so wish I had waited and gone to my salon and asked them ( or even done it myself - I needed so little). I explained my previous experience had left a weird peak in the arch at unnatural angle. I have a naturally good curved shape and just needed minor maintenance and not really shaping, literally its a few stray hairs needed doing. I said I just needed few hair under brow threaded for maintenance. Receptionist smiled said that was fine and price is $15. I said fine. She called a female threader over who motioned me to sit, smiled and proceeded to take off the top half of my eyebrows. My brows are radically reduced all from the top, I look like from Angry Birds. Wish I could post picture, 3 days on you can see how much was taken because new skin exposed for almost half the brow from middle and above all gone, all red and puffy. She threaded almost only from the top, did not get the few stray brow hairs under the brow and then, presumably because she wanted practice or felt I wasn't getting enough done, threaded all across my forehead ( there is only fluff there, not hairs). Hurt like mad. I have come out blotchy, wish she'd told me before she started doing this. I should have stopped her but thought maybe she had seen 1 or 2 stray tiny hairs? Friends at last night neighborhood party unanimously agree - I look far far worse. Plucking half my eyebrow from top makes me look neanderthal ! When i went to pay the threader rang me up and said it was only $12 - apparently because she is in training. !!! Wish I'd known. If someone came in sharing concern about previous experience would you let the trainees loose on her without asking first? The pro stylist was with a customer, but I was't even asked if I minded waiting, in fact I was barely spoken to at all, they just nodded to each other then the trainee led me away. I was not in a hurry, had not asked for trainee, would easily have waited and had said $15 fine - why was I handed to a trainee? This is not worth the risk - never returning. Advising people against it - good threading is pretty easy to find in Tysons area, you take a gamble going here, when I told her I had asked for just stray hair maintenance under the brow she laughed and said my eyebrows would grow back "not to worry" !! My horrified neighbor has done the few stray hairs under the brow which was all I had wanted done..... also I'm still in pain and my forehead bright red and burning rash... Enter at own peril - if you go I suggest you take a friend, ask firmly for an experienced threader and ask her how long she has been threading brows and say you will ask her to stop if she goes on areas you did not want threaded. Hope the advice helps someone avoid my terrible experience. read more

I have been coming to this location in the mall for some time now and it's the only place I'll come for threading. My sisters were never big on waxing so we decided to try threading, and it's great. The ladies at the shop are very nice and pleasant. I have been to pretty much each person at the shop and all do a great job with threading my eyebrows, lip and chin. They take care of you. Also the longest I've waited is maybe 5 minutes. You can sign up and accumulate points, which can go towards your next purchase. read more

Come here every few months or so if I need a more "done up" look. Conveniently located in lower level of Tysons. Although I never make an appointment, all the associates have done stellar jobs shaping/cleaning my brows.
