Please consider this as a 0 star review. Today I visited their kiosk near H&M on the first floor. I have been coming here for years and I have noticed over time their customer service has significantly deteriorated. I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and the technician who helped me (Jamuna) was incredibly rude and was talking to me in a degrading manner. First, I could tell she was not paying attention to what I was saying and kept burping near my face. Next, she kept jerking my head around as she was threading instead of asking me to tilt my head in a certain direction. When asked if I would like lotion, I said yes, she hands me lotion in my hand and says I can apply it my self. Like I said earlier, I have been coming here for years now and the technician always applied the lotion to the customer at the end. If I am paying $13, I expect to be given the service promised. I have had incidents where people have told me not to go to this place anymore because of increasing price and bad customer service, but I still went due to convince. However, moving forward I will not be going here any longer and will find a new eyebrow place. I rather pay more money and get good service than to be treated this way. read more

Went here on a whim and was taking a risk by not having anyone in particular in mind to do my eye brows. I ended up with Sushma and was very pleasantly surprised considering how awful my brows are. If you don't have a particular look in mind and are just trying to change/clean up what you have then I highly recommend this place but I can't speak for people who are very particular about their brows. I had a pleasant experience because mine were so bad that they could have only gotten better. I wasn't looking for a particular result. Quick and excellent service as well. read more

Rubina is GREAT !! Often I would get my eyebrows waxed and they would take off too much, leaving me to wait months for them to grow back to be able to get a decent shape. Rubina is very detailed oriented, taking her time to make sure she delivering exactly what I asked for. I've never loved my eyebrows more ! My experience at Perfect Brows was horrific to say the least. I specifically asked the person threading my eyebrows for a simple clean up. I told her not to mess with the shape or thickness of my brows at all! I was mortified when she handed me the mirror after she was done. Half of my eyebrows were gone! They were so thin and the shape was completely different. I let her know I was unhappy with my brows and she just let my complaint roll off her shoulders and walked me to the counter so I could pay. Once she was paid, she started working on other customers. I was furious. I briefly walked out of the store to gain my composure. When I returned, I demanded to speak with the manager. I was told that she had left for the day. When I asked for the managers name and number, the lady at the front desk quietly handed me the company business card and just stared at me like a deer in headlights. Then I asked for the name of the person who ripped half of my brows out of my forehead and she acted like she couldn't hear me. In fact, I asked multiple women at the front desk for her name and all of them mysteriously went deaf. One employee finally came up to me and said that the manager was coming out to speak with me. Hmmmm but I thought the manager already left for the day? Anyway, she came out and what did she do?....NOTHING...She handed me the company business card and told me to call the owner. AGAIN, I asked for the name of the woman who screwed up my eyebrows and she was hesitant to give it to me. Just when I was about to fly off the handle, she finally gave me her name. Her name was SPRIYA. Avoid her at all cost. She will destroy your face. I can't look in the mirror without wanting to cry my eyes out. She should not be doing eyebrows until she learns how to do them properly. I called the owner to complain and he made the manager give me my money back. I will NEVER go anywhere near this place EVER again. The in store customer service was AWFUL and I do not believe that the threaders, at least SPRIYA, have much experience at all. I ran to Sephora to grab some eyebrow serum to try and grow my full brows back ASAP. read more

I recommend you go elsewhere. I walked in here 2x. Both times came out with uneven brows. There used to be a good eyebrow threader named Sam which is the only reason why they have good ratings. She left because the owner sucks. Ever since, this place has been struggling and clients are not too happy. I heard a client yelling at her threader one time I was there, yikes.. Ive been going to the other thread place in DC: Threading with Rana. She is AMAZING! and Better pricing too. Also there is another threading company in the mall. They do a way better job.
