He then went on to refer me to two landscape companies near my home where we could purchase the infill and the broom to do the maintenance ourselves. I am posting this update as a severe safety warning to anyone considering Installing Direct. Since…read moremy initial review, a catastrophic and life-threatening incident has occurred. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give a better review, since I really like Oswaldo - nice guy, easy to talk to…read more Unfortunately, the quality of work they did for us was not that great. We hired Minez Concrete to pour a brand new, 200ft long driveway with curbs - one of the final stages of a lengthy and painful custom home build process. I paid extra for a sand finish. Not too happy with the way it turned out . The slab is uneven and lumpy in a few areas, with some brush marks visible, and already cracked in a couple of spots. They also failed to properly mask our garage door before the pour and ruined the bottom two panels with concrete splatter, which had to be replaced (they did cover some of the replacement cost). After the slab fully cured, I asked Oswaldo to come back and pressure wash the driveway a few times, but he never showed up to finish the job properly, which was disappointing. Their pricing is reasonable, but three stars is about right, considering the quality.

The finished product is genuinely a 10/10, the design, layout, attention to detail, and overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations. What impressed us just as much as the final result was the entire experience getting there. Ronnie met with me numerous times to walk through details, answer questions, make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and accommodate plenty of little changes along the way without ever making it feel like a burden. His communication and flexibility were incredible. His crew was equally impressive, professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly takes a ton of pride in what they do. They were even able to start earlier than originally planned and finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge help for us during an already hectic home build. Ronnie also went above and beyond in ways he absolutely did not have to, including a very thoughtful gift for my wife and me at the end of the project. That kind of personal touch says a lot about the way he runs his business and treats his customers. We've worked with a lot of different contractors throughout our build, and Ronnie and his team truly stand out. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the entire process could not have gone better. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering pavers or a driveway project. Thank you Ronnie and the entire crew, you guys absolutely crushed it!
