While I was backing out the rebar caught the underside of my bumper and tore the front end kinda off. Julian was super helpful and easy to work with. He broke everything down for me in plain English and tried to save me money where he could too. When I got my car back I was amazed how well of a paint job Julian and his team did. The paint match came out perfect. I'm pretty impressed with the overall job and customer service Julian provided. If I ever need any auto body work done, Ill be sure to stop back here. He also noticed my backup lights where not working and replaced them.

I'm not embarrassed to admit I used AI to gather information regarding the type of body shop I needed to do a ceramic coating, as well as red flags to watch out for. I was doing my search on Sunday, and ended up on Yelp to look for a reputable site. I sent a text message to VK and to my absolute surprise I received an answer shortly after sending the text. I didn't expect to receive a response so soon, especially on a Sunday. So I was doing double- duty... texting Paul from VK while making inquiries on AI to see what questions I should ask. AI told me Paul was giving me A-plus superior service and providing accurate and honest answers, so I took the deep dive and made an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I felt like I was meeting old friends. The guy who initially greeted me was incredibly kind and gave me honest answers about other questions I had. Paul arrived about five minutes later and he was so incredibly friendly. As a woman going into any business, especially where I am spending a large amount of money, the way I am treated speaks volumes about their customer service. When I returned several days later, Paul showed me the vehicle and I hugged him. My car looked amazing and I was so pleased with the work these guys did. I met the guy who did the ceramic coating and it was obvious these guys take tremendous pride in the work they do. Per my request Paul also sent me links to the products I could purchase to maintain the integrity of the work they did. As I am moving put of state in a few months I plan to return so they can tint my windows. These guys exhibit high integrity and it shows in the way they treat customers and the quality of their work. I literally want to bake cookies for the entire crew! If you're on the fence about where to take your valued vehicle for ceramic coating or tint, hands down this shop is definitely the place to go.

Our vehicles have been done at the same day for me as long as I have been able to drop them off in the morning to give them plenty of time to work the tent. I first got my truck done, then my SUV, now my smaller car as well. I like the pricing and of course the customer service as well. I plan on coming back for my fourth year in the near future this year as well. I'm gonna check them out. I like to choose the ceramic tent option that helps reduce the signature inside your car, which is better than a carbon Titan. It is worth your money, especially in California in these hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot hot.

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

One year later and my wife is smirking at me as she observes two large boxes (containing carbon fiber pieces for my car) being delivered onto our front porch. After securing the parts, I knew exactly who I would contact for installation services...Imperial Works! If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)!
