I stopped in at the front office as anyone who is just checking out a campground should do - We were greeted by Karen and she was just wonderful as I explained the purpose of our visit - she described a lot of the amenities and also the online website and suggested calling her directly when we were ready to book our site. After requesting a drive-through she graciously opened the gate to allow us to explore the campground on our on and it goes without saying we were respectful of the posted speed limits and the campers and their campsites. This is a very spacious campground that can accommodate all sizes of RVs, I loved that there are some rustic sites as well as large drive-through paved sites - there are some very nice facilities including a large club house and pool. The entrance off of Route 207 is very accessible and there is plenty of room to get into your site no matter which one you choose or what size rig you have. This is definitely a campground I'll stay at during a future visit to the St. Augustine area, there are a lot of good things going on here, a very friendly and accommodating staff, a very clean and well maintained campground and it's in close proximity to downtown...

The guy at the front desk will change out your dollars like he's doing you a big favor. He'll give you $10.00 in quarters and two fives, and you have to return to the office for more change if doing more than two loads. There's a local laundromat right around the corner within walking distance. He told us to lock our cars if we don't want them to be stolen (no front gate), and bad mouthed several close restaurants. (Wouldn't trust his opinion). The spaces are adequate but slightly cramped. Would recommend camping elsewhere, although St Augustine is a lovely location!

We had a pleasant stay and recommended it to our family and friends. We signed up for another stay for Labor Day weekend 2025, and put down a cash deposit. Unfortunately, we had a very serious family emergency involving out adult son. We were unable to stay there as we had hoped. We called and canceled. We were told that we would lose our cash deposit, and would not be eligible for a credit for another stay. My husband is the kindest, most respectful person and asked again for a break on our cash deposit. They wouldn't budge, and offered nothing to encourage us to come back. We are very sad as we loved the place, but don't understand how people can be so inflexible. As parents, they of all people should know that one's children have to come first. I hope that when one of their babies needs them on short notice, that they will get the support from others that they did not extend to us. Tony and Stacie O.

We opted for VIPZ which was below the corporate rooftop but offered a prime viewing platform Lots of vendors, food, plenty of bar spaces and extremely responsive medical staff (at least three people needed help) as it was HOT and humid. Free water refill stations were available and stay hydrated messages posted frequently on the jumbo TVs Too long to get in with airport level security and restrictions on almost everything (no chairs, no coolers, no bags over 12x6, no backpacks and so on...) The line for GA admission ran over an hour. That certainly needs to improve for future events.

Got to the store today (3/28/26) and the tricycle wouldn't fit in my Highlander. For a small fee, Annette and Chris delivered the tricycle to the Walk site and then picked it up once I was finished. I appreciate all three of them going the extra mile for me. Will definitely be a repeat customer and absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We had the perfect weather and tide conditions for kayaking! They were enjoyable and knowledgable. We each took out a single. They also have doubles and other equipment for rentals. Definitely worth it!! Clearly they know what they're doing. We couldn't thank them enough. Hoping we get to go out with them again sometime soon!! A place where you see alligators but you also eat them and buy alligator skin handbags. That was most certainly not the case here. I always recommend the Alligator Farm for people from out of town as I think it's something truly unique to this region. In the farm/zoo there's more than just alligators, there are crocodiles, birds, and other reptiles. The feeding show is a must see! How often do you see a crocodile eating in real life?

We saw tons of snakes, alligators and tortoises. One station gave you a piece of gator food to toss to the large gators in the water. This farm has tons of alligators and crocodiles and some Of the biggest I've seen besides gator land. The employees were all very knowledgeable of the animals and seemed to really enjoy their jobs taking care of the reptiles. Take bug spray! And if you're going for trick or treating I recommend an earlier time slot because when the sun goes down it's not super lit and difficult to see some of the exhibits.

PADI is becoming too commercialized anyways. The shop is smaller than the larger ones, but the staff and service more than make up for that. Kayley is very friendly and easy to talk to. I have even just stopped by to chat. Their trips are fun and have a family type of atmosphere. I would definitely recommend going on one to meet everyone. I moved from San Diego so the diving in Jacksonville doesn't compare but Idive makes it more bearable. If anyone is looking for a dive shop give Idive a shot. You will not regret the family atmosphere here. It may not be a big box store like Divers Supply but it is a great place.
