And they dont bother you at all, never saw a manager, security, nosey neighbor, etc..not that we needed any. It just needs some major renovation. Very old and 80s. The pool is nice but if youre on an upper lever, you have to walk all the way down the hallway and down stairs to get outside. The could have put some stairs off of the balconies. The beach is nice and clean, not very crowded. I think we'll keep looking for next year.

You get a small apartment with 2 tvs, oceanfront patio/balcony, and kitchen for the price of an even smaller hotel room that probably wouldn't have any of that. Our unit came stocked with cooking supplies, books, beach chairs and an umbrella. The complex itself is situated on a great beach for families along with a heated pool (which I found clean and uncrowded both times we stayed). Beachers Lodge is also located in a safe area close to activities, stores and restaurants. We had a few minor issues this time around; the family room remote didn't want to work, the pillows were flat and hard, and we could have used a couple more towels. The biggest issue was that we didn't have sheets for the pull out couch and we had a dirty blanket. However, our leasing manager was quick to respond and fix the issue. Most people staying here are young families. And for people on a budget, this is a good deal. It's hard to find beachfront condos at this price in any city in Florida.

This review is for #404…read more I generally don't write too many negative reviews but this place warrants it- big time. Particularly since this condo was rated "gold" by the management company. It really should be below bronze. The pictures are extremely deceptive! The decoration are stated as "Mediterranean" style. In reality, it is a garage sale hodgepodge of old, grimy, falling-apart kiddie furniture that I would more properly categorize as "Early Halloween". The management and cleaning staff are pleasant. The beach is wonderful. The view is fabulous. The "condo" is a disgrace. The grime on everything is just disgusting. My wife and I had to wipe down everything with alcohol. The metal entrance door is thick with gunk. The cabinets look like they were repurposed from someone's garage. The pots and pans are very few and have unhealthy peeling teflon on the frying pans. There is a space between the stove and the counters where food bits have seemingly fallen down into over the years. The bathroom is missing trim and the edges of the drywall are starting to turn moldy. The tile floors are ok, but we were afraid to walk barefoot. There is zero storage space and almost no counter space in either the kitchen or the bathroom. Most importantly, the sliding glass door has a corroded nonfunctional lock. Someone decided that putting a shower curtain rod in the track would fix everything. Well, curtain rods compress without much pressure, right? There is lots of mismatched, hand-painted furniture. The brown pullout sofa is quite putrid looking and we avoided even sitting on it. Who would sleep on such a grimy thing? The king bed mattress is old and needs replacement. It has two very deep "body imprints". Never again.

I stopped in at the front office as anyone who is just checking out a campground should do - We were greeted by Karen and she was just wonderful as I explained the purpose of our visit - she described a lot of the amenities and also the online website and suggested calling her directly when we were ready to book our site. After requesting a drive-through she graciously opened the gate to allow us to explore the campground on our on and it goes without saying we were respectful of the posted speed limits and the campers and their campsites. This is a very spacious campground that can accommodate all sizes of RVs, I loved that there are some rustic sites as well as large drive-through paved sites - there are some very nice facilities including a large club house and pool. The entrance off of Route 207 is very accessible and there is plenty of room to get into your site no matter which one you choose or what size rig you have. This is definitely a campground I'll stay at during a future visit to the St. Augustine area, there are a lot of good things going on here, a very friendly and accommodating staff, a very clean and well maintained campground and it's in close proximity to downtown...

We stayed here for (8) nights through the Memorial Day Holiday and it was a wonderful experience…read morestarting with the online reservation process through the simple online check in, although I highly recommend stopping in upon your arrival at the front office to confirm your site and get the lay of the land and your key fob that allows you easy access to all of the parks amenities. The staff here is amazing, they are very friendly and they communicate everything via text if you opted in - for example I received text messages to make us aware of the food truck schedules, maintenance activities on the laundry and club house activities so do yourself a favor and opt in. The premium pull-through sites are very spacious, level and comes with a very large patio constructed with pavers and concrete borders although the parking site is a well executed compacted asphalt millings composite. I really like the amount of green space between the sites allowing some privacy and there is plenty of room to maneuver the wide paved roads no matter the size of your rig - this resort is beautiful and well maintained, all the utilities (sewer, water and electrical) are easily accessible with plenty of water pressure, I didn't use their wi-fi so I can't speak of its performance but a clear view of the sky allowed my on-board internet network to maintain a very strong signal during our entire stay. This is a RV Resort I plan to visit again and again since we love to visit St. Augustine, this location is only minutes from the city center so you can schedule a pickup by the trolly service for a day of adventure without having to deal with downtown parking fees. There's lots to love here with some affordable stay options...

We rented from a private owner but had no glitches whatsoever. $700 for a full week. Condo was clean, inviting, updated and gorgeous kitchen with a great view of A1A and the ocean. Two bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath. Laundry room on the first floor. Full size pull and tennis courts. We do not like crowded beaches and it's one of the reasons why Flagler is so great. We went to the beach, every day, and sat in the same spots. Hardly anyone was ever there. Stopped at a local bait shop and bought some fishing gear and tried just about every little beach side restaurant. Great location and only about 30 mins to Daytona and shopping. Orlando and shopping is only an hour away as well. We will be back hopefully soon!!!
