The chief problem I've had is with the pizza. Nevermind the fact a German style brewery is making pizzas - the pizzas themselves are an absolute hit or miss, with most of the time being misses. The pizzas are overpriced for how inconsistent the quality is. They're either just right or super crunchy and inedible. If you're ordering to-go, add 10-20 minutes to the wait time they give you and that's how long it'll actually take. If you're here for a decent brew, it's a decent brewery with a bit of a following in Culpeper and it's worth checking out. I'd steer clear of the pizzas.
