Hot fresh pizza! My kids love the pasta! Friendly service and the food is fresh! My family prefers the pizza over any if the babe brand pizza places. The bottom is crispy and the pizza is flavorful. I have never ate there. I always get the food to go. They also deliver but I don't think they have a lot if drivers. read more

Pepperoni's in Cinco Ranch is quick, convenient and serves a good variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. My wife and I really enjoy the Napa walnut salad, which goes well with just about any entree. My one complaint about this location is service at the counter. One regular cashier, a young woman with dark hair, is an emotionless husk that struggles to make guests feel welcome. Maybe she needs some espresso or something? It's not a big deal, though, because we usually just order for pick-up. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

Called 20 minutes prior for pickup... Pizza was ready shortly after we got there and paid. Pepperoni's Special is similar to a Supreme elsewhere - we were hungry so it tasted better than usual... I really would prefer if they cut down on the black olives. All in all, average food but great location given proximity to the house. read more

I have now ordered from this place twice and the food has been great both times! The portions are great size the lunch specials are great value! Also love that they are offering delivery right now. I ordered my food and had it within 30 mins. The 8" was perfect size for my 2 kids and the cheese garlic bread is delicious. I especially like the grilled chicken sub. The half size is plenty. Placed a to go order and was told it'd be ready in 12-15 minutes. When I got here, walked in to see one guest and four employees sitting in the front. The employees got up and went back into the kitchen as I approached the register. I was told that the ticket order never printed in the kitchen, so I had to wait another 8-10 minutes for the pizza to be made. Guess it would have made sense for at least one of the four employees to have checked on a pending to go order (or at the very least, the employee who took my order over the phone). But I guess that would have been to much work for these employees. Maybe the manager needs to retrain them? Edit: So, I wanted to include a review on the actual taste and quality of the pizza. Taken directly from their website - "Pepperoni's New York Style Pizza is the perfect definition of local, by offering ten convenient locations to serve their loyal patrons of Fort Bend County" Umm....no, this is not New York Style Pizza. The crust (both the bottom and edge) is definitely not a "New York Style" pie and is similar to Costco's version, i.e., big, fluffy and soft, as opposed to a thinner, slightly crunchy NY style pie.The flavor of the tomato sauce is okay, slightly reminiscent of the big chain pizza companies (pizza hut, namely). I ordered a single topping of pepperoni, and both the amount of topping and the the amount of cheese was acceptable, so at least they're not skimping out on that. The price of the pizza's here are a big higher than the national chains, but comparable to other local pizza chains (Brother's Pizza, Frank's, etc.). All in all, the taste of the pizza or price doesn't offer enough of a compelling reason for me to further patronize this place. For true NY style pizza, I'll be going somewhere else. read more

Garbage! The store is less then a mile from my house. The delivery takes 1 hour 20 min. Then the order is wrong and cold. When I call they don't care, tell me I should have checked all items. So it's my fault! Never again. There are so many places to order simple pizza from, these guys don't care. Dont waste your money ! read more

Ok, average, fair. Not bad, but not good. Buffalo chicken sandwich was bland... Yep, not sure how that's possible but the bread overpowered the buffalo. Greek salad was great but tomatoes were left off? Pizzas were pretty good, again nothing special but good enough that my 2 & 4 year ate it without complaint. Bought a groupon for this place and was concerned after seeing the lukewarm reviews here. While it's not the best pizza I've ever had it was still pretty good, not bad for a local place right around the corner from my house. This place doesn't deserve these bad reviews, my pepperoni and feta cheese pizza was solid and the cheesy garlic bread was delicious. Don't be afraid to give this place a shot. read more

A wonderful place for lunch! I have the greek salad with gyro meat on the side for lunch a few times now; it has been consistently delicious. They staff are friendly and helpful! I love the outdoor seating with sun-umbrellas that can be open or closed. read more

I have never had problems here. The pizza is superb. The fat folks that are ordering for delivery and complaining need to come in person and sit in the restaurant and have a glass or two of wine at the bar and eat a freaking salad. The service is usually done by a team of Cinco Ranch highschoolers either recently graduated or trying to make some extra money so expect some imperfections in their process and delivery. Over time they should be better servers but i do question the management's decision to man the restaurant with young adults though. Split a small salad as they are huge and most couples can split a small pizza and be thoroughly full. All toppings are fresh and the crust is simply incredible. They have a well trademarked brand. It would be nice if they knew a little about customer service or how to follow directions. They don't know about either, they put green stuff on my daughter's pasta after repeated requests not to. They forgot to put the salad that I ordered and I had t ogo back. I waited there an extra 30 minutes because the counter couldn't figure out I was sitting in the restaurant waiting for my order. This is my second review of Pepperoni's, and today was almost a really bad one. After goofing up our order (completely the wrong pizzas), the manager came through with replacement pizzas and sent us home with the original goofed-up pizzas as a bonus. This was one of those situations where we were ready to write-off this chain for good, but the staff decided to fix their mistake. They rushed the replacement order and got us out very fast. The food here is good but I've ordered twice now for delivery and it has taken at least an hour and a half both times. That's completely unacceptable. I'm 2 miles away, theres no reason it should take that long for subs and salads. I like being able to order online but if it takes this long to get the food, it's not worth it. This place has fresh ingredients and delicious tasting pizza. I especially love the fresh basil and the size of the pizza. The great thing about this place is that it closes after 9pm during the week. This makes it easy for you to go out locally and grab some pizza with a friend or family. The area is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very approachable. I gave it five stars for the price, the cleanliness, the taste and the fresh ingredients. The food is great. Added bonus, there are also options for the vegans in the house. The crust and tomato sauce are vegan, and they have vegan cheese. They can also make the breadsticks vegan, and they are still really good. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The tiramisu is not vegan, and it is delicious! read more

My favorite combination is the lunch special. The pizza, salad, and drink make about the right size for a meal. For salad, I prefer the Napa walnut salad without the cheese. The candied walnuts & raspberry vinaigrette makes one of the most enjoyable ways to eat fresh greens. The personal-size pizza with thick crust tastes of higher-quality ingredients than Pizza Hut, and it should be healthier, too. The gluten-free crust may prove great for those who like thin crust, but I feel their regular dough is more optimized for the rest of the ingredients. Overall, this place raises the bar for healthy, good-tasting food in a pizzeria. If there were a 4.5-star rating, I probably would have given that. (I started going to Pepperoni's because of the coupons, and because of the non-GMO certification advertised for the crust. But I have loved walking there ever since -- with or without coupons. I was spurred to put up an online review by the offer of a free pizza -- but I have waited until within a few days of the expiration date get around to doing this review.) read more

I used to be no fan of local pizzerias because to me chain pizza was decent enough and much cheaper. However, Pepperoni's changed that for our family. One child has a gluten allergy and we were getting tired of Domino's, the only chain that offers a no-gluten crust. Pepperoni's accomodates all kinds of different allergies including this and so we tried it for something different. It was awesome. The Pepperoni's "special" is our new fave and I do believe that they use premium ingredients. The price is maybe $10 more *total* than our regular order from Domino's and that's for a family of 6. Last time I ordered Domino's (because of a coupon deal) my 6 yr-old looked at it and then at me with disappointment and said "Not Pepperoni's...?" 'Nuff said. read more

I love everything about pepperonis from the fresh ingredients to the staff. We always do a custom order pizza & they get it right every time. The pizza rolls are delicious. They consist of pepperoni rolled into a thin pastry like dough sprinkled with butter & garlic & baked to Perfection. If you need to satisfy the healthy part of you grab their walnut salad it's out of this world get a large because a small is small. Only downfall is because they do use fresh ingredients the cheese lacks the additives to make cheese remelt after being reheated. This pizza place does tend to be expensive, but it really is worth it. I'm slightly out of their delivery range at 5.1 miles away which is disappointing, and even though I could use grub hub I usually go pick it up myself anyways. A good splurge in between our Little Caesar's nights! read more
