I really debated writing this review because Pepperoni's usually comes through--it's been our go to pizza spot since moving to the area a few months ago. But idk if they were just having an off night when we ordered on Saturday but it was really bad. We ordered 2 pizzas, one was half and half and the other was a regular pizza. I guess the cooks misunderstood the ticket because half and half pizza was made incorrectly. No biggie, I just called to let them know and they were super understanding and apologetic. When the manager put me on hold, my son took a bite of the regular pizza and found a short, black hair in it. So when the manager came back to the phone I let her know about the hair and she sounded mortified. She offered to replace them both, have a delivery drive come back out and throw in a free dessert. That was super nice of her and we are very appreciative. The issue comes when the delivery driver delivers the second batch and took the first batch back, he was also super, super nice and even told me he'd wait to make sure I could look at the pizza to make sure it looked right. And at first glance, it did. Toppings and all. But when we tried to actually eat the pizza, the dough was SO mushy. I couldn't even break one full piece off and the small pieces that we were able to break apart were very wet? so everything (toppings, cheese, sauce) were just sliding off. We were super disappointed and honestly over it at that point so we threw the pizzas away and just ordered something else. When this place is good, it's GOOD! But unfortunately, our last experience was not great. Keeping the review at a 4 star since the staff was so nice about everything and even try to rectify it. read more

I'd give less stars if I could - ordered a meatball sub and an "Italian" - yuck - more bread than anything - meatballs were boiled or steamed or microwaved with sauce on top with watery mush texture and Italian had like nothing on it - tasted mostly of bread and veg. Best pizza in town, no questions asked! I've been ordering from Pepperonis for 20 years. I can't believe I've never left a review before. I consistently get excellent pizza and excellent service. We are very fortunate that pepperonis is located in our town. If you're looking for high quality local pizza pepperonis is the best you can find. Not sure if this is the place for my vent but ... I am very disappointed with Pepperoni's. I ordered through Uber Eats, my order was short half the amount of wings I ordered. When I called pepperoni's the gentleman said that he would make me a new order and deliver it. When I checked with my son, it had not been delivered, so I called them back. I was told the regional manager instructed him not to fill my order and stated the delivery person must have eaten my wings and to make a report with Uber Eats. I can tell you the box nor the wings looked touched. They just didn't count right. Simple mistake but to put the blame on someone else is ridiculous. So, Pepperoni's is a quick-service pizza chain. Imagine, a Pizza Hut having a love child with a Subway. The pizza isn't amazing, but it was decent. Service was fast and friendl. Though to be fair I have the luxury of being here when there was no one else here.. Is it a destination restaurant, probably not. I ordered two pizzas tonight and upon arrival I noticed that one of them had the "security" tape cut through. I decided to call the store to have this issue addressed and I spoke to the manager, Adrian, and he was less than helpful. He tried to brush it off and tell me that it can happen like that sometimes, completely disregarding my concerns. "Sometimes the pizza ovens can make the tape shrivel up and tear off" is what he said. I told him that it was not shriveled up and there was a perfect cut through the tape and it had been pressed down against the box while the tape on the other pizza was in tact. Why would one be just find while the other looks as if it was cut with a razor?? (See picture) Adrian said there's nothing to worry about and asked if there's anything else he can help me with. No! They didn't even have the slightest bit of sympathy nor concern over the situation. I figured, after 6 months, Pepperoni's was deserving of an update. I never contacted them, "to make things right", just isn't something I do. It didn't take me long to order from them again. I don't have many choices in Fulshear after all. I can happily state that they have been wonderful since. I've received every order on time and even early. Pretty good for delivery pizza. It's not the greatest pizza in the world, but it'll do in a pinch. I usually order a pepperoni & tomato pizza, with a Caesar salad. The cheese on the pizza isn't my favorite, but the toppings make up for it. The salad is pretty good. I ate here yesterday for lunch. Me and my wife both had the lunch special. I substituted my salad for a cookie and the cookie itself wasn't that special. Her salad was a bit too strong but overall wasn't terrible. The 8' pizza wasn't bad, it had a crunchy texture with a hint of burnt dough. Ordered a salad, wings, and pepperoni rolls. The salad was decent, surprisingly fresh. The pepperoni rolls were mostly bread. The cheese had melted out of several of them, leaving the 2-3 pepperonis behind. The wings were possibly the worst I've ever had. Most bites were just fat, and whatever meat I tasted just didn't taste that great. I can't imagine the grotesque obesity of the chickens they use for their wings.
