Kudos to the staff at MOD Pizza in Fulshear on Sunday Oct 13 for their excellent Allergy-Alert handling with separating out two cheese-inclusive orders with one non-dairy cheese pizza on a take-out order. The staff has a regular practice to change gloves, and then they also used a separate back-counter prep area with a new ladle for sauce, and then also had a new cutter situated in the box when the pizza was taken out of the oven. Also, the staff were all very polite and courteous. Great job MOD! read more

We got thin crust pizzas that got customized to the customer's needs. Overall better and tasty pizzas which had flavor when compared to the other joints and one suggestion would be to offer garlic sauce. read more

While it doesn't directly affect my dining experience, the WiFi here sucks though (which sucked for my get-together with someone due to lack of internet) and it gets just one star docked for that. Stopped in last night for a quick dinner with my husband. We ordered a Caesar Salad and a meat lovers pizza. We decided to dine in. The place was unkept and you could tell they gave up trying to keep it clean. They looked to have plenty of staff on hand as they seemed to be running over each other at the prep counter. Ice was overflowing from the tray at the drink station. All the tables were dirty. I know patrons are responsible for clearing their dishes and trash but clearly some did not. We had to clean off our table before we could sit. The dining room area was definitely in need of some attention and organization. The lettuce looked just past it's prime. We picked out the bad pieces and moved on. The pizza was really good. Maybe they were just having a bad night. read more

The location just opened and we love it already! We came in super late on a Tuesday night, 30 min before closing. There were 7 workers there and only us as customers, so the service was super prompt. They were all super nice and answered any questions that we had. The pizza crust was super crunchy and doughy - my favorite! I got the mod pizza size with white sauce and a ton of toppings: grilled chicken, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, roasted broccoli, mushroom, pineapple, green bell peppers, extra cheese. I don't know what my hubby got. I was too busy piling on toppings on my pizza. With our two pizzas, plus two fountain drinks, our total was just about $20. We both sampled the two teas, black tea and caramelized pear tea and agreed we liked the pear one the best. The whole time we sat there eating, the seven employees cleaned the restaurant up like crazy. Being a brand new establishment, it did not seem like they had a lot of a mess to clean, but they were very careful of where and how they cleaned up - in the serving area, the eating area, and outside on the patio. I did feel bad for the teenage boy who was in charge of sweeping. It looked like he never had to do it before and was holding the broom all wrong. However, he kept going and swept the entire place very carefully. We did not try the shakes this time, but will next time. We will definitely be back! Normally we like going to MOD pizza for the individual sizes. But this MOD restaurant was filthy. Tables had not been clean floor wise litter with trash and bathrooms were dirty. Which is really surprising for a MODs chain restaurant most we have been in have someone on the floor wiping down the tables and cleaning up. There were plenty of staff just standing around but no supervision. For the neighborhood they are located in you would expect the restaurant to clean. Customer were wiping down their own tables to have a place to eat. I guess service here is the lowest of lowest when it comes to this specific MODs pizza place. The one on 99 is way cleaner. read more

The only reason I gave them two stars is because the pizza is good. However, the customer service there is terrible. I've gone multiple times to this location and the employees have not been friendly. I've heard many different employees get attitudes and respond to customers in a very short, abrupt way. I feel like I am inconveniencing them by ordering and adding additional toppings to my pizza. On top of the terrible customer service, the place itself is FILTHY. The handful of times we have gone to this location, there are sticky floors and table tops, half-eaten pizza crust under tables, napkins laying on the floor, etc. Even the surfaces where they make the pizzas is visibly dirty, which isn't a good look to customers. I went on a Tuesday afternoon, and watched as a family of 6 had to clean off their own tables just to sit down and eat. There were five employees behind the counter, and for the hour that we sat there, NO ONE bothered to come out and clean up any messes or tables. So glad I am moving away from this location - hopefully to a cleaner, more friendly MOD Pizza location. read more

This is a new location and they are on the ball. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. First you pick your size, I normally get the mod which is about 11-inches. There are standard ones listed in the menu or you can choose whatever toppings you want on the pizza including as many meats veggies or cheeses that you want. The crust is thin and crisp and delicious. This is one of my favorite places for pizza. read more

I really enjoy coming here with my family. The line moves quick and you have so many great choices. I get roasted garlic cloves and artichokes and a bit of fresh ricotta with all the other normal fixings. They have salads that you can create as well but I have not had them. Restrooms are clean the room is clean and it's modern and inviting. This is my first rodeo with Mod Pizza I actually ate it often in Tacoma/Lakewood but I have never done a review I don't think. Well I get the same thing every time because it's just what I like and don't want to change perfection. I get the jasper pizza either in a mini if I get a mod salad or in a mod if I get a mini salad. Yesterday I got a mod pizza and mod salad I was full before I knew it and ended up eating the leftover for dinner. I love their salads because the greens are always fresh the topping are always perfect and the dressing is always taste worthy. The fact that you can load you salad and pizza with whatever toppings is always a plus. So in my salad I get romaine lettuce (see where I'm going with this? Yep Caesar salad ) black olives, Asiago cheese, oregano, corn, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and a ton of roasted garlic (Love love love garlic!) on my jasper pizza it already comes with spicy chicken sausage and mushrooms but I always add extra sauce, red onion, black olives, oregano, roasted garlic and after it comes out the over I add basil pesto! Man I know I should probably keep it simple because the crust isn't so thick to where it can handle all those toppings but someone somewhere created a fork and knife and I use as needed!
