Food was good. Service was good, friendly staff member at the register. Chill vibe. The service had a wait but they cleared the list fairly quickly. The only downside was I couldn't try the crawfish bread on this day. I will have to get it once I'm back in New Orleans.

Half Sausage, Half Pepperoni Pizza and Hot Wings :)

I called in the order so not a dine-in review. Great place to grab and go for a pizza. Everyone was friendly. The pizza was to die for. I almost ate the whole box by myself. The wings were perfect as well. This spot was 10x better than any chain pizza place. Food was ready in the time I was given. It took about 12-15 minutes but that's not bad at all. My order was ready when I walked in.

I waited to post this review because I needed to see how the pizza help up during a reheat the next day and boy was I satisfied. I enjoyed the hot sausage pizza (hot sausage, green peppers, red onions) which was highly recommended by a neighbor friend. Now don't be surprised at their pricing. This isn't dominos or pizza corporate chain where you can get a $10 or less pizza. I spent $27 including tip for the large pizza. However it lasted me 3 days (one dinner and two lunches). The service was great. They answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. The inside is diner styled but there's plenty of booths if you want to eat inside. Next time I will try the wings which also come highly recommended. And I may throw some shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and a bit of Japanese Mayo atop my pizza and remix it into a hot sausage "poboy" pizza.

Service was horrible. Customer service was pitiful representative extremely rude.

The service was deplorable the representative before we actually attempt to get there representative hung up on my wife twice. Then when we got it, they said it was closed and she still had a negative attitude when I got here so I do not recommend this business to anyone.

What I got: Kaya bun (10/5) -- no sweetness whatsoever, just pure coconut pandan flavor coming through. Custard had the perfect consistency--thick, creamy, and has a slight egginess that, if you are familiar with dan taat, will appreciate--and did not leech any moisture into the pastry. Also love the choice of coating in dessicated coconut since it again did not add any sweetness and the fineness melted in your mouth with each bite. Pastry itself was buttery and tender with a slight chew crawssant (5/5) -- a seasonal item of twice baked croissant filled with crawfish and mozzarella. Buttery, flaky, gooey with a kiss of heat...it was fun and satisfying to eat not to mention filling. Surely, I will return to pick up some pastries for my loved ones back home.

It's an order at the counter kinda place. The place is loud inside and small so we either grab and go or eat outside. We absolutely love this place!!!

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere cozy and woodsy, the food delicious and the prices fair. While some people did dress casual, most were dressed up. Five more minutes passed and the staff couldn't care less. Then, another guy walked in and was immediately seated since he was friends with the staff. The hostess returned and told us it would be at least fifteen more minutes before we could be seated. "You can get a drink at the bar," she told us. Yes, the bar that literally has three occupied stools and ten more people crowded around. So, a reservation doesn't actually mean a reservation. It means "wait for hostess to show up for eight minutes, then be ignored for five minutes, then be told you won't be seated until half an hour after your reservation, while we give preferential treatment to our friends" Please avoid. If you are interested in French cuisine go to Crepe Nanou uptown. We had excellent service there.

And Cafe Du Monde is a quintessential must go place in the Crescent City! Even for locals, nothing beats a plate of fresh beignets covered in powdered sugar ashes down by a nice cup of cafe au lait made with strong chickpea laced coffee. Go for the beignets and stay for the people watching. Like the food court at the Mall of America's, you'll see every walk of life come to Cafe Du Monde. You might even see a local musician or politician here. The vibe and the beignets keep people coming back. Laissez les beignets rouller!

I had the chance to come back to the city last weekend, when a good friend from my Italy days was in town for a conference. I was able to meet her to explore the city for a day, and we of course had to make room for beignets and Cafe du Monde. We almost settled for one of the locations at an indoor mall, but we stuck out a 20-30 min walk from where we were to make it to the original at the French Quarter. Since it was just two of us, we were able to get seated pretty quickly even though there was an expected Saturday morning line. I am also glad my friend had cash because they STILL only accept cash for payment. No credit cards, which is wild at any US establishment nowadays. We also tried to only order one plate of beignets (come in a set of 3) and one coffee each but the server came back with two beignet plates and coffees. $20 with tax included! The beignets themselves were scrumptious, warm, and delicious ofcourse. So I suppose worth any inconvenience that we may have experienced. However, the tables are left incredibly messy. It is true that our server did wipe off our table before we sat down but it is embarrassing to see patrons create such a mess to begin with.
