Our first time eating here and WoW! Excellent pizza with a soft, crisp crust (not chewy at all); good sauce, cheese and toppings. We've eaten pizza all over the world and pretty fussy about pizza and appreciative of what goes into making a good one. So happy to have this place so close to home and open the hours you are. I've eaten here a several times now... always takeout. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've had a few instances of incorrect orders but they always make it right.. The dining room is open, as we saw the last time we picked up food, and it seems nice enough. The wings are really good. I usually get hot buffalo which is about as spicy as I would expect hot to be. I wish they had another heat level above hot. I've also tasted the lemon pepper dry-rub and the barbeque. Both are good. The wings are good sized and they are crispy. The ranch dressing tastes homemade and the cups are large which I really appreciate. This time I also got the Pepperoni Cheese Bread. There was a generous amount of garlic butter, cheese, and pepperoni. The crust was very tasty, and the marinara dipping sauce was delicious. I highly recommend this! Been going here for years. Since it opened. I usually get the same pizza every time. Today, I got one and it was literally the worst pizza i've ever had. Not even kind of cooked all the way. The toppings were mostly on one side. It's was like a soup slapped on top of undercooked dough. Just terrible. The salad smelled bad and was awful. A friend and I stopped here a couple of days ago for a quick lunch. Usually I check on Yelp before I go to a place but with the current situation we were happy to find a place that's open. Would I have seen the reviews before I would have wanted to go some place else. I am happy I didn't because the Pizza we ordered was delicious....I haven't had such a good one in quite some time. I used to come to this place all the time until recently. Their pizza is literally RAW! I ordered a pizza and cheese bread sticks for takeout and when I got home all I could see was dough. All the vegetables were falling off. I called them and explained the issue. They said they could remake it or give me store credit. I said to give me store credit for next time. After about two weeks I call to put in an order and use my store credit. The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE. She said my name for store credit was not in their "book." But luckily I remembered the guys name from before who gave me store credit. She made a big scene by calling him and putting him on speaker phone (very unprofessional) asking if he remembers anything about a store credit for a doughey pizza and cheese breadsticks and he admitted that was correct. I was on the phone with her for about 15 minutes talking to her just to get my order in.She said some remark over the phone like "just making sure you actually have store credit or we'll be giving away free pizza all the time." It was almost as if she thought I was making this up. Anyway, my husband went to pick it up and we only received a pizza, no cheese breadsticks. The lady told my husband "she only had store credit for the pizza" when clearly I got store credit for my whole order and that's what we were talking about when I initially called them. Anyway, when my husband got home *SURPRISE SURPRISE* the pizza was still not done!! It was literally raw pizza dough again! When we first started going here the pizza was good for the price but now they charge way to much for the pizza one large pepperoni pizza and bread sticks should not be over 30 dollars. Most of the time my order got messed up forgot to add or take off. Some of the pizzas and calzones were burned a good bit on the bottom. If you order and wait time is too long over an hour they will not let you cancel your order and say they charge you as soon as you give your card number. So I usually go to this place all the time. They are about the only ones who deliver to my house. Well, On 2 separate occasions now I have waited for about 2 hours on food. Called and they say well we don't have an order for you. Then magically the order pops up. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous. The manager on duty the first time was not very friendly. I asked them to please have the owner to call me and im still waiting. I paid to have my order delivered and I ended up going and getting it so I didn't have to wait another hour and a half. I asked could they refund the difference and the manager was like we cant do that since it was an online order. Really?? Never will I go here again. read more
