We passed through town and was craving pizza. The cashier was with a smile and nice and they cooked up the pizza quickly...BUT, I ordered a salad, asked for a fork in the bag and they said they don't have silverware. First time I had Pizza Perfect, it was hard to wrap my head around a pizza joint not selling individual slices!!! This place is more like a pizza factory. That was weird to me. However once I had a slice... It instantly became one of my favorite plain cheese slices, PERIOD. My favorite is still in NY but this might be #2. Made a pick up order. I arrived in about a half hour as quoted only had to wait n extra 5 min not bad. Workers was nice and even guessed who I was when i walked in which i found surprising only being my third visit. Pizza was good more a fan of the sausage than pepperoni, but it was ok. Both pizzas were a little light on sauce but still ok. Crust had nice crisp to them. This is the part i don't understand $13.50 for your so called chicken wings are more like pigeon wings. I asked for medium and they weren't even mild. They did have a nice crisp to them that i enjoyed . Growing up in New Jersey, I just took it for granted that every neighborhood had great pizza. It just seemed that every corner had a great pizza place which would kick out some stellar pizza. When I moved down south, I was horrified to discover that down here below the Mason/Dixon line, great pizza or even good pizza was not the norm. I mean it was hard enough to find decent pizza, much less good or great pizza. So when I stumble on places like Pizza Perfect, it is almost akin to when James W. Marshall first discovered gold while building a mill for John Sutter in Coloma, California and started the Valifornia Gold Rush back in the 1800's. By the way, James W. Marshall hailed from the great state and my home state of New Jersey. So, not only do they have the classic pizzas, but they also have some great specialty pizzas. I'm not sure what happened but the first time we went to this place it was amazing. The wait was a bit long which is why we order ahead. However recently on a recent visit the food didn't seem as great. Or something off about the dough from their normal dough but I'm not entirely sure. read more

They are more expensive than the $7.99 chain restaurants but the pizza is def worth it..they have pretty good daily specials, and they wings are pretty great too..they are really nice in size so you def get your money worth.. And to the previous reviewer, she must work at Mannys..read my review if that place, and you will see why I say that.pizza perfect is actually cheaper than Mannys with better pizza..
