The Pizza Hut in Inman, SC is that "worst of the worst". They've messed up my last 3 orders but I let them slide...until now. I called them last Thursday night to order pizza and wings for delivery. I normally do an online order but I called them because I couldn't get the online ordering module to create the pizza I wanted. The local restaurant didn't answer, but an out-sourced answering service did. It took me approx 15 mins to get the correct order because the representative didn't understand English well. She said it would take 35 mins to deliver. At the 45 min mark, I called the local store but, once again, they didn't answer. The out-sourced answering service said that the order was out for delivery. At the 1 hour mark, I got a random text from someone that I later found out was a Door Dasher. He said that Ty see was a problem with the order and that's why it was late. I asked them to have someone at the restaurant to please call me. The lady that called me said that the sriver had already left with my order. Aniut 5 mins later the Door Dasher texted me again and said that someone at the restaurant wanted to know if I would just take a large Meatlovers instead of what I ordered. so the person that called me had lied. I told the Door Dahwer to just cancel the order. I got a call an hour later from Door Dash to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order. I understand outsourcing because no one in the US wants to work for a living anymore. But this is beyond ridiculous. But the worker that did call me from the Inman restaurant wasn't any better. She bold-faced lies to me. This restaurant will not be in business much longer if they don't get their act together. read more

I went and ordered the new pizza out but remember the name I asked for the $12.99 pizza with the cheese nuggets on the crust. We didn't get what we asked for got home an checked it called and the manager said u have to say the name which I told her the price . And the pizza was much higher so she put a coupon on it .we was stuck with the pizza .that pizza tasted awful very nasty. We could have went across the street for a better pizza will never go again. read more

I ordered boneless wings online got there 10 min later she told me to wait 6 minutes. 30 minutes pass until i finally got my order. Pretty sure they forgot i was there waiting. read more

dough isn't fresh, food sits out for too long. the people that work there are literal children and don't act right. if you wanna get disrespected and watch while others get treated badly go ahead otherwise make that drive to boiling springs at least they can keep up with their food. there's multiple osha and food hazards in that place as well. would you want to eat your food if there were ants, mold and mildew in your food? Waited an hour for a pizza... They said wait time would be 25 minutes. The employees don't even know how to do simple math, got wrong amount of change back and had to correct the employee. Overall, ridiculous. read more

Usually have a good experience with Pizza Hut in Inman SC. However, today was terrible! First, I was on hold for over 10 minutes to place an order. Decided to send my husband there to place the order. He said that they acted like they did not want to wait on him. The Pizza that he brought home barely had any meat on it. Very little sausage and one pepperoni on each slice. I didn't take it back because of not trusting them to prepare anything else for me. This is one of the most clean, friendly, Pizza Buffett I have even been to. The food is great and the service is awesome. We eat there at least 3-4 times a week. It doesn't look like much from outside but you sure won't leave hungry!! read more

I asked for extra sauce on a pizza, and not only did they not put extra, they barely put any at all. When I called to have them fix it, Dustin was as rude as could be and told me they did it. When I said I had pictures and would bring it back, he rudely told me to have a good night and hung up. I called the manager, Will, the next day and he was aware of the situation and told me that they did put it on there and said he was sorry they couldn't make "soup" and told me to call and send the pictures to corporate. I had hoped for better food. I got a side salad tonight and it was a week expired... The cheesy bit pizza looked horrible but was tasty. But could not make up for the 4 dollar salad that I was served with. Stay away from the Firebaked style Flatbread Pizzas. The crust is so hard its like biting wood, and is pretty much inedible.

I tried for over an hour and a half to call in an order. Was always told to hold, after 4 times trying and holding for over 5 minutes with no one taking my order. Finally at 7:15 pm a guy answered and said they were not taking any more orders due to being backed up, I tried one more time at 7: 50. My last time ordering from them.
