So it's good to see such a shop hidden away in this little plaza in Spartanburg. They don't skimp out on meat like everywhere else (my blood actually boils at subway when they pull out those ridiculous little proportioned tiny pieces of meat slithered between two dime bags) which is great, I mean just look at those portions. That is what I expect when paying good money for a sub. They're above average, have good service, excellent ambiance with their own personality to it but why not the fifth star? Because it's best getting your order to go. There is no bathroom inside for patrons. That is something I never forgive because if it's true that there is no bathroom then you're forcing your employees to have to walk to the closest one and if there is a bathroom then why can't paying customers who keep you in business use it? I'm not gonna sit down and halfway through a meal need to use the restroom and not be able to relieve myself, that's just crazy. Other than that I really have no other complaints that stand out. They're the perfect go to for your work lunch or dinner grab on the way home. Just don't dine in unless it's your #3 stop after #1 and #2, if you know what I mean...

Every person who was also having lunch here was really loving their food! Meat and 3 joints are getting harder and harder to find! Old school restaurants seem to be vanishing before our very own eyes! They are being replaced with less traditional fare! One day these places will be gone and replaced with modern chains that replicates its food from store to store! Seems that restaurant boredom is on the horizon! I highly recommend this place and the few others like it just to experience the way it was before the modern food joints with their prepackaged and frozen foods force these restaurants out of business! The sugar daddy had a beef patty with cheese, grilled onions, a flavorful garlic sauce, and a pineapple slice. This flavor combo was SO good together and the sweet and savory profile was perfectly executed. I ended up ordering the tiger burger to bring home for my boyfriend after he saw the picture of mine. A co-worker and I went there on a whim, both first time visitors and we both left agreeing that we would return. We were seated quickly and the service was quite good, given the locality (I will explain that momentarily). A lot of things on the menu looked good, but having never visited, I made the safe choice of a small pepperoni pizza, while my co-worker chose a sub of some sort. The food was really, really good! Have you ever visited a place, taken one bite and decided that you would come back? It doesn't happen often, but it did in this case. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through this area. Now, I mentioned locality earlier and here is why that matters. This is a relatively small town and as someone who runs a business here, I know all too well that good help can be hard to find. I have received much worse service from some of the chain eateries in town, so these people are clearly doing something right. Is it perfect? Nope. Do I recommend it? Absolutely!
