He could have put the call on hold or called back to show some courtesy to the members like us that actually took the time out of our day to visit the branch in person. We finally just walked out the door without any service, I thought Align had more respect for their members and this was beyond disappointing.

I only found out because I was speaking to Social Security snd they found the bank's error. I contacted the bank. A person that had written a letter to my brother about my passing, with inaccurate information on what they did with some benefit monies, could not even bother to contact me and to offer an apology. He relayed a message through someone for me to fix the problem by calling Social Security. They found the problem the bank had created. This man is VP Director of Customer Experience. I would say this was a significant failure in his job.

When I started counting out the 20's the woman asked if I had an account with them and I said no. They told me they only make change for account holders and would not help me. I have exchanged money for different denominations at many banks and NEVER have been refused if I was not an account holder. Will never go here again or use their ATM either since they get a fee from me for doing it.
