That trends towards a more than 33% chance I will be treated poorly should I dare a third visit. I am 100% certain that, though I may use the ATM, I will never subject myself to the bad people that exist inside that place. All the reviews here are at least about a year old and most are positive and even name the representative who assisted them. TD put the checks on hold, which they legally can do and I have no problem with. I met with Sheryl yo see how long the hold woukd be. She pulled-up my account and told me she could see the checks were deposited, cleared and I had spent the money. No matter how I attempted to explain to her and basic math would have shown that I had not spent the money. I left frustrated and feeling belittled, called customer service and they were able to quickly see the money eas in fact just on hold, not spent and gave me a date of availability.
