Their ATM's are outdated; it takes 5 minutes or more to perform any transaction. Also, their debit cards wear out after a few months. Furthermore, their tellers and branch managers change on a weekly basis which is an indication of a bank that lacks leadership! He relayed a message through someone for me to fix the problem by calling Social Security. They found the problem the bank had created. This man is VP Director of Customer Experience.
