For someone working in a retail/customer service establishment under a corporate brand, it is NEVER, never okay to yell at a customer and make them cry. Swarovski really needs to think hard about keeping individuals who are going to represent their brand in this manor on staff. I know I wouldn't and certainly hope not to see this member of staff should I make the decision to continue business.

I don't know if the folks working were just bored or if it was company policy, but they followed us around like hawks for our entire visit. It was like they thought our tax brackets were too low to be shopping there. At one point, I lost track of my mom and tried to call her but apparently Dillard's is a dead zone for phone service, so I was clearly looking for her and one of the workers looked *extremely* concerned and approached me about it. We went into a dressing room to try on *three* shirts and in that time period, literally what, 3 minutes?, one of the ladies working knocked on the door to make sure we were okay. Seriously? We were going to buy all three shirts, but it turns out that none of them were on sale. A basic sweater that said "Merry" on it was going for ~$90, so I said nevermind to that one and the woman looked mildly annoyed despite still making a close to $100 sale from us. But why would a department store have no promotions whatsoever on Black Friday of all days? Really just so strange. I won't be back.

My daughter has been mentioning for a couple months that she wanted her upper lobes pierced also known as the second holes. I as well have been thinking about it for 20 years. lol so on a whim, we made appointments for a couple hours later since we had lunch reservations first. We utilized the QR code to make our appointments. When we came back, we were about 10 minutes early. That gave us a chance to quickly look over the jewelry and choose what earrings we were going to use. The staff were all very helpful. They explained everything a few times and even went over the jewelry options. Rowan takes this very seriously from products used to those they higher and the process they do for piercings. Let me tell you a step up from the 1990s when I got my ears pierced. Our nurse Lauren was fantastic. If we wanted her to explain the process she would have. I personally was OK with no explanations. Just get the job done lol because I was nervous my daughter on the other hand she wanted to know the ins and outs and everything because she is just curious and was not nervous at all so Lauren was able to work with both of us. Overall a fantastic experience. It was about $140 for me and $130 for my daughter. We tipped as well. Your price will vary, especially on what jewelry is chosen. I would definitely recommend Rowan for piercings.

I come here before every big trip and always get a huge haul every time. Last few times the staff was fine but weren't jumping up to help and curating the perfect outfit for whatever you need it for. But this time, the Manager (sorry I never caught your name but w the beautiful emerald engagement ring) you were so sweet and enthused helping pick out ideas for our Portland trip.
