When the problem recurred, I called Econo and gave up on the first provider. Problem solved! Adam was careful and thorough in fixing a difficult problem with our refrigerator. He was kind enough to follow up to see how the repair was holding up (still good!) and even looked into the cost of a replacement part in the event there was still a problem. Really great service from a company that does it right and wants to make sure the customer is happy. Done. Happy customer here, for sure.

The model we wanted not in stock, so Sales Rep suggested their floor model, which was discounted but told never used. Going weeks without a washer, we agreed to purchased and schedule earliest delivery date. Had to stay home from work to accommodate their 5-hour delivery window. Once installed the Washer FAILED to work....my time wasted! The options given was to reject delivery or have them send appliance tech to fix. Okay, option 2...Unfortunately, they DO NOT have people to come to fix it, but was instructed to call the Manufacture to schedule for warranty repair of my supposedly new floor model Washer on the very first day delivered...WTF?!? Spoke with Store Manager, who did not care if customer' had huge inconvenience or would have to takeoff work a second day for repair because a product they sold did not work properly on day one. He said cuz we purchased the floor model, they wouldn't know if it works or not until installed. He was so proud offering to call the Manufacture for me to schedule a repair OR exchange for another appliance brand that I did not want OR apply credit to purchase a new SpeedQueen (with no discount)) regardless of customer experience, cuz he said it's not allowed. He explained customer's time taking off work for delivery and repair days is not his problem. He's there to run a business and giving a discount is not an option. Did not even consider refunding the $99 deliver fee to compensate for our troubles. So, we opted to have them pick-up the W/D and give us our money back. We then purchased at Pacific Sales on Morena Blvd. They had all the SpeedQueen models in stock at same price and FREE Delivery/Install. Go there for your high end appliances for true customer satisfaction.

I needed a washer and a dryer within a 24 hour radius, with delivery and installation. This business did not even flinch. While I am spoiled from having free delivery in Burbank with a local business, I compared this business with others in the area and they were still the best with their delivery fee. They were on time and accommodated my crazy unusual requests that I had in lieu of military moving. The installation was wonderful, it was a great value, and fantastic customer service. I honestly can't believe that I am the first one leaving a review, because it is such a wonderful business. The prices were wonderful given these were used items, which I prefer. If there was even the smallest scratch, Rachel made sure to let me know prior to purchase so I would know the full picture since I did not have the capacity to go in-person. Also there was a good financing option which came in clutch for me and even for another customer I overheard on the phone. Having to buy housing items last minute can be very stressful without a financial cushion like this. In the phone conversation to schedule cleaning, Brandon quoted me $500. I expressed dismay at the amount of increase since my last cleaning and he explained how prices have gone up. I replied that I understood how wages and parts have an impact on the price he charges. We proceeded to schedule cleaning. After service on 5/17, I received an invoice indicating that the charge for cleaning was $550. I e-mailed Brandon, seeking an explanation for the $50 discrepancy. He responded that he had quoted me $550, not $500. I told him that I distinctly remember the quote being $500. He rejected that and tried to justify his response by telling me has a "piece of paper" that he created on the day of scheduling that indicates a $550 quote. When I told him I would only pay $500, he threatened that he would place a lien on my property (for $50!!!!!). I paid the $500 and suggested that, in the future, he may want to confirm the quoted price in writing with the customer before service. He responded that charging the customer before the service would not be appropriate. He obviously misunderstood my simple suggestion and proceeded to send me a copy of the "piece of paper" that confirms nothing.

He also informed me the previous part was the wrong part, which is probably why it lasted less than a year, which is also why I called someone else to replace the part.
