He's super cool has the ability to make you feel comfortable and just has a great personality. We are staying with family in Spring Valley and all my vaping supplies have dwindled. I didn't think we would have much luck finding a vape shop close by, but as it turns out there are a few. Thankfully we were able to walk to Smoke N Stuff. I still had my doubts about what I was getting into, but low and behold we stumbled upon one of the best stocked and great price stores around. The guys in the shop were super easy to work with, not only were they cheerful, accommodating and friendly, but they were also extremely knowledgable and patient enough to give us great advice and superior customer service. If you are lucky enough, Hussien will be there, he is THE BEST! Ask him for the "David Deal" and he might throw in an extra juice for you. All that from a Neighborhood smoke shop! I just can't say enough good things about these stores! Let me start by saying this: It's not hard to provide good customer service to a happy guy who stops buy to buy a soda. That's pretty easy. It's a different story when someone is pissed off, in a hurry, and convinced that even if it was raining pussy, he would get his with a dick! Yeah...one of THOSE bad days. The owner agreed with me about the problem and made every effort to not just make it right and see that I wasn't pissed, he wanted me to leave HAPPY and satisfied...and I did! This man wasn't kissing ass or blowing smoke. He was being straight up with me and understood my frustration. The funny thing is that I was already a fan of these shops. The El Cajon location is close to my house and I go there often. I have only the best to say about them for the SAME REASON! They value their customers, and they understand that it's just good business to have customers who come back because they dig more than just the great selection of, well...fucking EVERYTHING (lol!!!), but that they WANT to do business with good people. This is why I pass 4 other shops to go to Smoke n Stuff for something as small as papers. It's why when I spend a couple hundred on something, I go here because I know that if it fucks up, they will make it right. Also, and anyone who shops here knows this, you will NOT find a better price...ANYWHERE! SO yeah...that's what I think of this company! Really dope shop! Been coming here for the past couple years and every time I'm well taken care of. I was there just the other day and the owner hooked me up with a healthstone rig that was originally $90 for only $55 . Some deals you just can't beat.. I'd highly recommend at least peeping your head in, who knows.. you might come up on a steal. Hella chill people working all the time, & the owner himself is a real solid guy.
