The worst service. I was in the area and called to ask if they carried a vape I wanted. The person said they don't know, I would have to come in. First of all, you can't check to save someone coming in? Then, I get there, lo and behold, he immediately finds it. I pay and I used the wrong card. He was very unhelpful, wouldn't let me change my form of payment. He says he's doesn't know how, he's just a 'worker' Doesn't that mean you 'work' there? He calls someone just as useless. I start out polite asking what they do if they need to void a sale. He said they don't. I asked what if you make a mistake ringing up a sale, he said we don't make mistakes. Really? Yes, then I got pretty mad and didn't leave there without saying some choice words. I would recommend going to one of the dozens of other smoke shops in El Cajon. So used to be 5 stars but they sold me a vape when I asked for geek bar pulse X that was a counterfeit (looked just like it but different name!) when I went to return them they told me it was two different brands not counterfit. I wish I could give this place 0 STARS. I came in to make a purchase on a product, paid the money, and told this gentleman that it didn't work. He replaced it no problem. This one started working so I left. The product didn't work when I got home so I called and spoke a guy over the phone and he said he would take care of it and told me his name. Unfortunately, I forgot it in the process. Then, I get to the store and the guy who I spoke to on the phone says he didn't remember me or the conversation so he takes the product back from me and refuses to give me a refund OR the product back that I PURCHASED. Stop selling products that are low quality and defective just to flip a profit! I really wish the guy who usually assists me when I came here was there (he's short with black hair to his shoulders) because he always treated me with respect but the employee who was there last night was rude and unprofessional who is photographed below. I would say this is the best smoke shop I have been to in east county. There are many local shops in the area and I've been to many this is by far one of my favorites!! The guys there are very kind and helpful and have always got me GOOD stuff !!!! Most smoke shops devices break down but this is a good place to get the real stuff. They have American glass, DOPE rigs, pipes, torches , everything you can think of. I used to go to United smoke shop but they are nothing compared to this place. Poor quality glass pieces and they don't stand by their products. I purchased a glass water piece and when I got home (less then a block ) and removed piece from bag it was broken. I immediately returned to shop (less then a block) and was told they don't take returns on glass. $50 piece unusable, except for stem and bowl. I was told by Jessie he'd give me a deal on replacement. He tried to sell me exact replacement for another $40. Upon closer look it was obvious the others would probably break at same fusion point as the original one I'm stuck with. I needed a piece so I purchased a piece he originally quoted me $40. He charged me $35. Some deal! So $85 later, I have a stem, bowl, broken water pipe, and piece I can use that I later found elsewhere for $25. I will never step foot in here again no matter how conveniently located they are to me. read more
