Chil' place, vibe was rich! Spoke with Martin about some products and I appreciated his comments and "real knowledge". This will be my home choice for the products I need in the future. Thanks! read more

Great selection and prices - and convenient because they are open 24/7! They always have what I want and respond quickly.

The worst service. I was in the area and called to ask if they carried a vape I wanted. The person said they don't know, I would have to come in. First of all, you can't check to save someone coming in? Then, I get there, lo and behold, he immediately finds it. I pay and I used the wrong card. He was very unhelpful, wouldn't let me change my form of payment. He says he's doesn't know how, he's just a 'worker' Doesn't that mean you 'work' there? He calls someone just as useless. I start out polite asking what they do if they need to void a sale. He said they don't. I asked what if you make a mistake ringing up a sale, he said we don't make mistakes. Really? Yes, then I got pretty mad and didn't leave there without saying some choice words. I would recommend going to one of the dozens of other smoke shops in El Cajon. Also, they must fake some of their good reviews. The same 'Monica B' has reviewed them 3 times that I've seen read more

The foreign kid at the front asks weird, personal questions and is disrespectful. Expensive.

Hands down the best smoke shop around. Eddie was super friendly and helpful--really made the experience easy and chill. The glass selection is insane, and the prices are solid too. Awesome vibe, great people, and so much to choose from. I'll definitely be back. 5 stars for sure! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 STARS. I came in to make a purchase on a product, paid the money, and told this gentleman that it didn't work. He replaced it no problem. This one started working so I left. The product didn't work when I got home so I called and spoke a guy over the phone and he said he would take care of it and told me his name. Unfortunately, I forgot it in the process. Then, I get to the store and the guy who I spoke to on the phone says he didn't remember me or the conversation so he takes the product back from me and refuses to give me a refund OR the product back that I PURCHASED. Stop selling products that are low quality and defective just to flip a profit! I really wish the guy who usually assists me when I came here was there (he's short with black hair to his shoulders) because he always treated me with respect but the employee who was there last night was rude and unprofessional who is photographed below. You might say you don't need "our" business (me being a black woman), but we really don't even need you in this neighborhood! read more

So used to be 5 stars but they sold me a vape when I asked for geek bar pulse X that was a counterfeit (looked just like it but different name!) when I went to return them they told me it was two different brands not counterfit. OK well that "brand" needs to be sued for plagiarism. It looked exactly the same except after looking closely said max instead of bar! Apparently they care more about money than the health of their clientel!! read more

Fiyonsay picked up a brand new Prime vape from this morning. I called to make sure they actually carried the right vape she described before driving out there from sorrento valley. The guy who answered was short and rude, told me they didn't sell vapes despite having bought one this morning and hung up on me. I called back to ask if they accept debit or credit cards and he told me he didn't even know what type of cards they accept. Poor customer service. I won't be making the drive. read more

I this smoke shop so much! Always has a great variety of everything and amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

******WARNING THIS LOCATION SELLS FAKE PRODUCTS****** Notice there are only two types of reviews for this place one star and five stars? Simple answer, the five star reviews are fake. Super overpriced and super shady, avoid this place. They charge 30 bucks for a 5 pack of fake coils, when real ones retail for 12$, I wish I was kidding. The customer service is terrible and when you realize you bought a fake product for more money than a real one they will not refund you. read more

Poor quality glass pieces and they don't stand by their products. I purchased a glass water piece and when I got home (less then a block ) and removed piece from bag it was broken. I immediately returned to shop (less then a block) and was told they don't take returns on glass. $50 piece unusable, except for stem and bowl. I was told by Jessie he'd give me a deal on replacement. He tried to sell me exact replacement for another $40. Upon closer look it was obvious the others would probably break at same fusion point as the original one I'm stuck with. I needed a piece so I purchased a piece he originally quoted me $40. He charged me $35. Some deal! So $85 later, I have a stem, bowl, broken water pipe, and piece I can use that I later found elsewhere for $25. I will never step foot in here again no matter how conveniently located they are to me. read more
