Even tho the guy was a total jerk on the phone when i called.. i was still stoked they were open late so i went down there anyways and when i showed up i immediately got the vibe that i was a burden to the sales guys and they thought they were totally doing me a favor type attitude so even then i brushed it off and moved on but when the item came that i was buying is when it went from bad to worse.. the product i was trying to buy was literally marked at over twice what i pay for it almost everywhere else... i was blown away and i asked the guy if that was the correct price he answered in a way that tried to make me feel stupid so i laughed on the inside and shook that one off too.. haha then he decided to give me a dollar off and proceeded to act like he just saved my life he hooked me up so good. I was astonished at this ridiculous interaction ive just had here and all i can really say w out being mean is that ill never go back here ever again even if it is the only open place at this hour. Hands down the best selection of water pipes, hand pipes, vape products and hookah tobacco products. This place is legit. They have an entire wall of every swisher and other wraps know to man. It's pretty impressive actually. The owner knows his stuff and he always gives me slamming deals. Really cool staff and willing to order me products if I need it. These guys are always real friendly and don't make you feel pressured to buy anything, but are really knowledgeable about what they have available. They only accept cash but there is an ATM in there and they always give you a lighter if you use it to offset the ATM fee. They get to know you if you go in a couple times and hook up lighters randomly too. I go out of my way on the trolley and the bus to go here. read more

Wow they recently remodeled the place added more peices and lowered all their prices. This place is a hidden a gem and I'm glad I found out about it. Couldn't believe all the rare peices, hookah selection, and they have cheapest cigs! This is a real all in one spot especially since of the expansion. Bought a case of filter tubes here. Been a regular customer for maybe a year or so. was in a hurry and didnt pay attention. They sold me 100s instead of the regular size I asked for. I opened one box when I got home and realized my mistake. Ok. Kept that box and brought the other 4 back asking to trade for what I asked for in the 1st place. Was even willing to take a 50 cent loss per box because the ones I like are cheaper. so the kid pulls one out of the plastic to show the old man sitting there that it is still sealed. old man says we can exchange all but one because it is out of the plastic. I'm like... WTF? The box was sealed! The clerk took it out of the case plastic! I told them they lost a customer and walked out. then walked back in and left the tubes I did not want or ask for on their counter. I know they have a lot of homeless people and dope fiends trying to scam them due to their location but I'm not that guy. They won't get my business nor any of my family or friends business ever again. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. rant over. I don't usually write a review, but this Place for sure deserves one. The employees are very knowledgeable and will do their best to help find what you're looking for. While other smoke shops are rather overpriced, this spot keeps their prices super competitive. Been comin here for a few years and haven't been elsewhere because I truly don't need to. And if you're lucky enough you might get to meet the owner who knows how to make you feel welcome. 10/10. read more
