A1 Smoke Shop is honestly one of my go-to spots. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with good energy and amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and actually takes the time to answer questions and recommend the right products without rushing you. They have a huge selection of everything--vapes, glass, accessories, and more--and it's always stocked with quality items. You can tell they care about what they carry. On top of that, their prices are really fair, which makes it even better. The shop itself is clean, organized, and just has a really chill vibe overall. It's the kind of place you keep coming back to because you know you're going to have a good experience every time. Highly recommend A1 Smoke Shop to anyone looking for great service and quality products. 5 stars all the way read more

I had gone there for the first time to check out their Cigar selection. I had taken my time to pick out the right one (strength, brand, flavors, locations) and as I had gone to pay, the cashier was accusing me of stealing. I had a nicotine vape in my pocket, which is what he was referring to. After I pulled that out my pocket, he did not even apologize for the mishap. I have never stolen anything in my life, and to be accused while I am purchasing $50+ of cigars was very disrespectful. The cashier had patchy skin and acted like he hated life (probably because he is a grown man working as a cashier). Someone in their management needs to talk to him about customer communication. read more

I went to this smoke shop today and spoke with the owner Mike, I took my vape down with me so he could see what pid I needed, I purchased a pack and when I got home I couldn't get them open (the pod) I thought they were a bad batch so I went back and he showed me the fluid went in on the side and I said no that's not the kind it takes and he said look and he filled it and put it in, so I figure hey he works here he should know. Well an hour later I go to charge it and I can't, there the wrong cartridge. So I go back and it's a different guy and he said it's not my problem come back tomorrow, so I should go without my vape because I was sold the wrong product, but it's not you're problem I'm the one with the problem because I smoke. I thought me being the customer who smokes helps get you your pay check. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!??! read more

Best Smoke shop in San Diego by far the best products on the shelves all namebrand pieces no cheap glass only quality. Good prices good staff. Definitely recommend you come here when visiting San Diego read more

I've been coming here for about 5-6+ years. It's family owned and they know my girlfriend and I by name. Every time I walk in he knows exactly what I want. Once I accidentally forgot my wallet and they gave me the product for free! They have the lowest prices around and they are very professional. I don't go to any other smoke shop even if they're closed and I need something just because I love their business. they aren't shady like a lot of other smoke shops in the area, in addition they won't try and up the price on you because they don't need to. 100% 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone who needs smoking equipment. read more

The shop wasn't open I waited for 20 minutes there I was sitting in my car in the parking lot waiting. It was 915 and somebody arrived but it was just an older man who went into a neighboring business. read more

Every time I've been here I get quality customer service , they provide great deals and have wide selections of products ! Thank you !

This business has raised the bar for tobacco/smoke shops in San Diego County. The extremely competitive pricing continues to keep referrals coming though word of mouth. Andrew is an honest professional. He has great product knowledge and is always quick to help me select the perfect hookahs and water pipes for every occasion. At other head shops usually there is a shady character behind the counter, the selection is the same as the guy on the next block and pricing never seems justified. Don't waste your money or time anywhere else. Support this local business. Equal friendly. read more

I go here any time I need any smoke supplies. Their selection is great and very diverse. The service is great as I always feel like a welcome guest. Employees always very helpful and polite with any questions. They don't try to sell you really hard either like most smoke shops, they're more laid back but are there to help with any questions. To top it off, their pricing is second to none in terms of fairness. Place is A1!!! read more

I've been going to this smoke shop to pick up Starbuzz and coals for a while now. Really good prices on all their stuff. When I walk through the door they always remember me and know exactly what I want to buy. Amazing customer service, they treat me and my fiance like we're their best customers! One time I came up a few minutes after closing, but the guy was still in his car getting ready to drive off. He gets out of his car after seeing me, unlocks the door for me and let's me buy what I need. Who does that anymore? These guys do. read more
