They have a punch card too. It's also been newly renovated and is definitely the cleanest smoke shop I've ever been in. Classy too, the new portraits of famous people on the walls are especially rad.

That being said, after I raised this concern with Mike, the proprietor, he was quick to respond and explain the issue (some theft problems) and what was being done to correct it. Since then, they have installed a security camera, so no more shadowing, which is great! I will be shopping here often, given the fact that they: - Listened to, and quickly addressed the concerns of their customers - Are conveniently located on the corner of Prospect and Cuyamaca - Have a great range of cigars from $3 - $30 apiece - Tend to be ~$2 - $3 cheaper (per cigar) than other outlets in the area Looking forward to my next visit!

So I tired the imperial hookah filter for the first time and let me tell you it is pretty damn…read moregood! The filter is reusable (about three to five uses: 45 min - 1 hr sessions) and it's easy to tell when it's time to change to a new filter. The chamber changes to a yellow/orange color once it's time to buy a new filter. Detailed Breakdown (0-5): 0 being the worst rating and 5 being the best rating. Fitment: 5 - The product does not have any issues fitting into a standard hookah. I have a 3ft hookah and the filter was very easily adapted. It did not compromise the ability of the hose to fit and was not "wobbly" at all. Very stable and also very subtle. Filtering: 5 - The shisha hit very smoothly. I smoked Starbuzz "Strawberry Margarita" flavor and it actually felt like I tasted a more concentrated amount of flavor when smoking through the filter. The flavor was much more accentuated and was very nice. Not harsh at all. Pull: 4 - It was noticeably harder to "pull" on the hookah (breathe deeply) and smoke the flavor. But in my opinion, it was worth it because the hit was very clean and the breath I took was about 2 times the depth that I normally take with an average hookah. The harshness was decreased by approximately 2 times and was well worth the trade-off. Overall: 5 - I smoked with my buddy who does not usually smoke hookah and he thoroughly enjoyed it! It's a great piece to have for both beginners and experienced smokers alike. Usually beginners take really hard hits and cough quite a bit, but with this filter my buddy did not encounter this problem. I myself will recommend this product and would gladly invest in anything that improves my hookah'ing experience.

While most orders tend to be done in about 2 hours, I do find the times to be inconsistent, as much as 4-5 hours for one item. I can usually find most things I need whether it be clothes for myself, my son, or gifts for others. I also like the Sephora inside the location as I can combine my online orders and pick up in one location. The only downside I have is when they are busy, they don't tend to adequately staff and lines can be long, hence the second reason I place orders online. I like the pick up pass and simply going to a bin to grab my items. Overall, I really like Kohl's and I can always find something.
