Big Time Smoke Shop - The juicy rollers here sped my life up. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Lemon Grove, California

Once again Big Time smoke shop pulls through with the best customer service ever! The place that provided the Menthol oil that I like for my e-cig doesn't make it any more because the building burned down. The people at Big Time smoke shop tracked down a different company that provides Menthol 24 milligram oil and then called me to tell me that they had it for me to try. They special order things for their customers when they can and their prices are great! The owner and employee are really nice guys. Their parking lot was fixed so bump up to five stars! Way to go guys you are the rock stars at smoke shops! read more

Awesome selection of glassware. Nice guy behind the counter. This place has really shaped up since they have new ownership here. There is an amazing selection of glassware, there is a nice case of really cool, interesting pieces when you walk out. They have all your smoking needs covered here, from screens and tobacco and e-ciggs to high end glassware. They have an adult magazine section..holla! haha I like coming here rather than the bigger stores for my supplies, in and out with a quickness, no lines and everything I need is front and center. read more

This place would get a decent rating if they new how to open on time. The sign says 10am got here at 10 wasn't open so I went to get a car wash and a coffee I come back 1 hour later and still just a dark store. I figured I would write a yelp review about my experience and if they open by the time I finished it I would post it. It just shy of 11am. There are a few more smoke shops on this street non of them are as good but they're open! read more

Just love the customer service there, i recently stopped by there after leaving the Home Depot down the street and at first I was just stunned by how nice this shop was, so I started to look around. I stopped in to browse while my friend was next door at audio shop. A middle aged, bearded man was behind the counter and too busy on his cell to even acknowledge me. I don't mind when a sales clerk is on the phone but they could at least look at me and say they'll be with me in a minute. Won't go back and it seemed a bit overpriced for the area anyway. read more

I was originally referred here by a friend. I LOVE Big Time's customer service. The dude behind the counter (I forget his name, sorry man!) is extremely knowledgable and suuuuper friendly. This alone won me over and now I'll undoubtedly be returning to support this awesome business. Aside from knowing how to treat their customers, their selection is incredible! I recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more

I came in to get some hookah tobacco and I ended up leaving with a brand new hookah, a new hose, as well as 5 different new hookah flavors. So I came through the other night and was helped by the owner of this fine establishment. He was helpful but also most knowledgable. I ended up leaving more then satisfied with what I had received. I really like the way they do business and because of that and the great experience I had,not only will I be returning but will send friends and associates this way. So thanks for having me and getting my hooked up with exactly what I need but providing the best all around service anyone could ask for. The last thing I would like to add is that these guys are so good with it that they offered me an exclusive return policy if something didn't work out or for properly since I didn't have my piece there. That's place is on top of it. Do waste your time anywhere else and get there! read more

I went in on a surprise discovery while at the bar next door meeting a friend. I forgot the guys name but it started with a K, so let's just call him K. Went in yesterday, for my first time, to buy synthetic urine for a drug test I had today. The guy behind the counter was super helpful. I was a little nervous on the thought of taking the fake pee in with me, not knowing if I would be watched it not, so he also helped me pick out a drink, just in case. He hooked it up and I walked out of there feeling confident. Just got back from taking my test and happy to say I passed and got the job!!!! I drank the drink just in case, but was just fine with using only the synthetic urine. I used the Synthetix5 and passed with flying colors. I will for sure go to these guys for anything I need from now on!!! read more

Great place to shop for all your smoking needs.Thay took care of a Texas boy made me feel at. Thank y'all at BIG TIME SMOKE SHOP!!

Straight boo boo, these guys selection and prices is like if you were buying at the last stop in the middle of the desert searching for water. Crazy expensive prices and not a very good selection. Definitely never coming back to this place customer service is terrible. How do you expect to make sales if you don't greet the client properly. Not only that at that high of a price they should be begging me to buy something. read more

This was the third smoke shop I went to in one day trying to find what I needed. Nick listened to what I was looking for then showed me (and explained) exactly what I needed (even though I didn't know!). I got a great deal and was so thankful for his knowledge and that he listened to my needs. He really knows his product; the other places were clueless and too busy "vaping" themselves to help me. This shop is very professional and knowledgeable, thank you Nick!!! read more

Great local business. I will drive out of my way (All the way from Point Loma) to come here. The glass is top quality, and usually priced to move.
