I have to update this review. Because I ended up coming here frequently. And despite my horrible visit months ago (I just stopped showing up in the night and always go in the morning) The morning girl and owner are always so friendly. I explained how I always get this certain flavor and they have kept it in stock for me which is great. The prices are very reasonable and I enjoy coming in there because I get great customer service from the morning people. So even tho I had one bad experience you guys have gained a loyal customer and I will be returning. read more

Place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I went. I'm new to vaping and the last smoke shop I went to totally ripped me off but not Cloud Chasers. I drive a little further from my house for vapes and liquid for vapes. They always have what we need and they are SUPER friendly with fantastic customer service! The prices are fair and you can collect points and get a $5 discount often. read more

This place sold me two leaking Puff bars in a row. I asked for my money back and the employee working here said that there are no refunds! The price of the puff bars are $15 each which is $5 cheaper than any shop in San Diego. The third bar and fourth bar she gave me to replace the other two did not taste at all like the flavor on the package. Probably fake Chinese knock offs. read more

This place is amazing I make quite the drive just to go here because all around it's hard to find better. Service is 10/10, all the staff and the owner are amazing, prices are far better than any other place I've found, and they've got everything I could possibly want. They treat me like family every time I go in and I always feel so welcomed. The patience as I take my time looking through a wide array of products to make sure I make the the right purchases is something you just don't find anymore at other shops. No refund, no exchange, no nothing, I spend over 100 dollars in this place. If you are looking for good CBD with good prices and where you can exchange go to Cloud 9 Xpress 741 Grand Ave, they are friendly and they always have a lot of people working. If you want Kratom I would recommend Bumble Bee Botanical they are one block away and they have real Kratom and they are very knowledgeable about this product. I highly recommend both places. Save your money and go to a real place not a smoke shop. read more
