I'm severely disappointed. I have gone to Pella Nails for about 3 years now. I've never had a bad experience with them until today. I had asked for my nails to be short, but not as short as they are. I wanted to say something, but I didn't want to pay more for my nails to be longer, so I let it slide, but then we get to the literal COLOR of the nails. I asked for a periwinkle-type/soft baby blue, but instead I got a neon teal type of color? Seriously? I'm so upset with them. read more

I went to Pella Nails on 11-23-25 with two of my girlfriends, we had appointments but arrived early and waited patiently for our appointment times. Two of us got the $65 pedis. First of all the younger girl there jammed the toe nail trimmers under my toe nail bed almost halfway. It bled under the nail. It was super painful. She did at least apologize twice for that. I could have let that go as it was more than likely an accident. Then she proceeded to make fun of me with the nail tech older man next to her. He turned to me and was completely rude to me with my friends listening. "Do you walk barefoot a lot? Has it been a long time since you come in for a pedicure?" When they stopped laughing. "You need to wear socks!" he said rudely. One of my friends in the group also had the same thicker skin issue and the younger nail guy was professional to her. (My feet are not gross, I get compliments on how pretty my toes are, it's just I have thicker skin on my heels due to my thyroid being low.) Both my friends looked at me in disbelief to see what my reaction was, I didn't say anything until I left but I stopped interacting with them overall. When I left the owner was beside the register doing someone's nails when I paid. I still gave the rude woman that did my feet a $5 tip which she still took after her rotten behavior. I said "I am still giving you a tip because that is who I am but what you did making fun and laughing at me was completely unprofessional and rude and I would never treat you like that!" I also said "and in this day and age with translation apps on their phones is really dumb to think people don't know what you are saying." The owner said "I am sorry!" That's it, no offer to resolve it. I will NEVER do business there again! When you pay that much why would you want to get talked about and laughed at too! There are plenty of other places to go! Don't waste your money. Literally added insult to injury! People are not stupid and this is not acceptable. read more

Loved this place once bc it's so close to our house but the next time took my daughter as a special treat for her 10th bday. The manager lady was EXTREMELY RUDE to her, to a child!!! She was the one who did her nails and my daughter was explaining she wanted the corners rounded and the lady raised her voice and got nasty with her, "round?! You said you wanted square!" So I obv chimed in to calm the situation. And she proceeded to talk trash about us in an elevated angry tone to her co-worker. This was supposed to be a fun, mother/daughter trip and turned into a nightmare. We couldn't wait to leave. She absolutely rushed through hers as if she was annoyed. Like, by just everything. Anyway, that full set of acrylics lasted all of one week before they popped off. $50 gone. I assume bc she rushed through and didn't do them properly. We spent over $100 there that day and it was an absolutely miserable experience overall, huge waste of money. Will NEVER BE BACK. Ever. I assume she's the manager, maybe the owner idk, but she absolutely 100% does NOT know how to do business properly. Nor does she have any customer service skills whatsoever. read more

Fast, friendly and competitively priced! They were able to accommodate us as two walk ins for pedicures and seemed to have ample staff working! Very clean, and pedicures were done beautifully! read more

Went for my very fisrt pedicure on vacation with best friend. The young lady spoke no English so I could not tell her anything. The massage was rubbing in one spot on a leg and foot, which felt like having your skin rubbed off. When I attempted to tell her to go deeper and massage harder ,she stopped all together. Parafin bag broke. She just got up and left. Didn't get in the nail dryer. VERY DISAPPOINTING! May never get another. I guess the polish is pretty. read more

Came from out of town for a wedding. Got full set and toe painting. They over charged me it said $30 for French tip full set and $12 for toe painting she ended up charging me $50 and my boyfriend had already tipped her $5. So $55 for $42 bill. And top it off she was doing my nails so fast that she did a terrible job. I asked for not too short, she cut them right but then filed them down super short. I ask for square and sharp, she does square and round. And then another lady painted my toes and got nail polish on my toe and didn't clean it off then I asked if she would clean it and they gave me attitude. All around horrible services. The lady who I'm pretty sure is the owner of the place is the rudest person ever. Very unprofessional. They have walk in signs but get mad if you don't schedule ahead. I was a couple minutes late to the appointment and I asked if I could still get in for a pedicure as they have walk ins and the salon was EMPTY, just one other person in! She rolled her eyes and made a snarky comment, told her I could go elsewhere if it was an issue. Didn't think it would be an issue since it's "WALK IN SALON." read more

Lynn was awesome, I got in right away and it was super easy to tell them what I wanted. I even picked a random design for my nails on google and she matched it really well and then some! Definitely coming back when I want to do something unique again - she catered to everything I wanted and it was reasonably priced. :) read more

The have terrible service went in to get my nails done for my first day of my senior year asked for cow print coffin shape nails and they gave me polkadots and rounded nails that where not even and they even ripped my skin from working to fast acrylic with tips nails usually take an hour to get done it took them 25 minutes. Also where very rude to costumers over the phone and had mad costumer service to new people!!!! read more

Went to the place to get my eyebrows waxed and everyone was sitting on their phones as I was told I needed to wait. I went back to the waxing station after waiting several minutes. The women who waxed my eyebrows did them in 2 minutes and clearly didn't care about the final product. I won't be going back for waxing. read more
