I'm satisfied with the way my nails look after the service. My only small complaint is that when they do my finger nails, sometimes I wish they would get a little closer to my nail bed. It makes them look like they grow out faster because they already start with a gap that's around 1 millimeter (pictured). The owner was walking around chatting it up with everyone. My base application for my nail was good, the color I picked out looks like what I got. I wish I'd picked a little darker. I asked for almond shape like the picture and I did end up having to fix it a little bit afterwards. The pic I have here is right after I left the salon. The nail tech was struggling with the design though. I think it had more to do with the consistency of the gel polish than her skills because the heart came out great. She tried multiple gold glitter polishes and communicated to me about what was wrong and what I wanted. Looking back, I probably should've just done white like the heart. The end result was the line is too thick and some of the edges are smeared. In the pic you can kind of tell on the thumb there. I think that's just the unfortunate result of too much product under a uv lamp. It'll just move and melt in places you don't want it to be. It's been two weeks now and my nails are all still intact. Might try a few other places before I commit to this spot~
