As a regular customer, it is nice that Julie, Tina and the staff offer special attention to their customers. What I have observed when I am in the salon are extremely rude one time customers who drop in and expect a fill or to be given a mani pedi without an appointment. While I have observed plenty of walk- in customers being serviced, I find some of the reviews crazy critical in what the customers expect. The second time I tried to let them make it right and they first told me that they couldn't even see what the problem was, even though in these photos you can tell how obviously bad they look (this photo was taken AFTER I went back in and honestly I think they somehow made it worse!) Then they told me that a clear polish will always have "dust" specs in it. Which is definitely not true because I've had plenty of French manicures in my life and literally never had this happen. And also tried to blame it on the fact that I had my nails done "awhile ago," despite the fact that I noticed this issue two days after I first got them done. The owner and nail tech were incredibly rude, and though they were speaking in another language, body language speaks volumes. Their solution? Slap another clear coat over it and call it a day. After the nail tech finished "fixing" my nails, he walked out without saying anything. What they should have done? Apologized, completely removed the polish, had me WASH my hands (to get rid of the dust, duh!) and redid the clear coat or offered to do a solid color if that's their only solution to cover up shoddy work. Instead they were rude and lazy. I will never go back here and I will make sure that all my friends know not to waste their money here!

My nails are super thick then they slim down towards the nail bed, AND he sliced my pinky open with the hard file , which made it bleed. Needlless to say I did not tip. He was nice and apologetic but the result was not what I wanted. My sister said it looked like heveas practicing on me. IF I go back I will request a different technique.
