Ordered picked up and was really impressed - food was ready on time, tasted amazing, staff was very friendly.

It has been a long time since my last visit. That is only because I do not do much take-out. Having said that, this place has been consistent in quality, taste and portion size over the last 20 years since I have been visiting. I had a great pint of wonton soup (loaded with tons of great tasting wontons) and a quart of beef with garlic sauce (loaded with beef and tons of fantastic garlic sauce). Surprisingly good! My go-to Chinese place was closed the night we wanted take out, so we tried this place. The soup had plenty of wantons, the egg rolls were fire. The dishes were good, but none of us like the fried rice or the fact they placed it under the food instead of beside. Nonetheless, worth another visit! read more

Great place! Tucked in the edge of a lot near Kroger and Mcdonalds, you wouldn't expect much from the look, but it's quite good. Food is competitive for its price and delicious. Surprisingly, a really good source for chicken wings - their wings are quite crisp & juicy, and would be my recommendation to anyone considering dropping by. Outside of that, they have quite a nice broccoli and chicken, if that's more your style. Picked up General TSO chicken and Hot & Sour soup. I'm very critical and I found both to be very flavorful! Fast pickup time. Good service. Have also ordered lo mein which is VERY tasty. We called in our order pretty quick it was ready in 10 minutes. It is* Cash Only* we ordered Steamed shrimp w/ broccoli with sauce on the side and beef with mixed vegetables. Portions were generous. I was so disappointed. I really expected a better meal. The chicken is cut up in such small pieces that you cannot tell the chicken from the breading. The sauce was dried up and it made the meal into just mush. I could not eat it and I had to throw it away. read more

Love Free tea, great prices large portion. Super House Soup with Chicken, Beef n Shrimps whole quart only 4 fifty. Got 4 Patties Chicken Egg Foo Young spot on delicious. OMG the fantastic Jumbo the Shrimps in Garlic Sauce outstanding. She got Mooshu Chicken a winner mega portion will feed 2 easy. We there a hour had like 20 take out orders. I've gone a few times in the last 2 weeks and this place is far better than you expect it to be. The food is cooked and prepared brilliantly, the Lo Mein is fantastic as well as a few other dishes I've had so far. The Crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had. You get your monies worth as well. The guys cooking the food are a absolute joy to watch. The technique and speed you can tell they know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place. read more

pros: food is a good value, nice portion sizes, typical americanized chinese food fare. nothing extraordinary but completely acceptable for frequent return visits. if you want a solid chinese take-out then they got you. also if you want to eat here, you get free tea which to me is a super cool addition. cons: cash only, not a huge bother but with square so easy, not really sure why. also hot and sour ain't great. they don't use any egg in it. here nor there: the lady who runs the counter is always in a bad mood. i actually get a kick out of her! conclusion: it is what it is, solid take out chinese at a value price. read more

My husband and I just finished a wonderful meal from Peking! We took home some of their delicious House Special Soup - a first for us - and it was absolutely packed with chicken, shrimp, and and pork, along with a beautiful array of vegetables. I'd seen the soup on their website, and it looked so good. It was exactly as pictured, a real step up from Won Ton. Pork fried rice was gummy without flavor. Pork lo mein was pretty good, sweet and sour chicken was likely the best I have had in a 20 mile radius. Szechuan chicken had a good flavor as well. This is cheap-o Chinese carry-out at its best. The portions are generous, the food tastes and smells great, and the chefs are fast. The menu has a respectable variety of dishes. Drove 20 minutes to try a new place, got there and they were busy, so I had hope. Until they packed up my order to go when I said for there. Then when I ask for plates and such. The kid running the register gets me 2 plates, no silverware. I ask for utensils again, and he disappears again and returns with 2 plastic forks.
