We love Pei Wei. Please put one in Brandon! This is one of our favorite fast casual restaurants. We do not live close but if we are near International mall we come here. Great food, great value! This time we decided to try the family meal for 4. We got a ton of food! 10 crab rangoons, 4 entrees and 10 Asian donuts. Extra if you want shrimp or steak otherwise everything else available to select for the entrees. We got 2 orange chicken and 2 firecracker chicken. Everything was freshly made as we waited. The orange chicken was very good. Made with real oranges with some slices mixed in. The firecracker chicken had just enough heat for us. We enjoyed both. The crab Rangoon were very good, nice and crispy with a good amount of filling. We were so stuffed we had to take the donuts home for dessert. They were very good and had a nice sweet sauce to dip in. Great value for 4 people. The service was friendly and quick. Inside was very clean with plenty of seating. Oh boy. We were reminiscing the other day about eating at these restaurants about 10 years ago, and how much we enjoyed it when my parents brought us when we were younger. The food used to be really good. We showed up here today and the wonton soup was lukewarm when we got served. We told the waitress and asked her if she could just microwave it to heat it up and she said we don't have a microwave and there's nothing they can do but she would tell the chef. My mom said no thanks, she just won't eat it. We were not offered a refund or a replacement. I see other reviews have mentioned the soup is so salty and lukewarm. The other meals we got were rubbery and salty, chicken is not good. Everything has sauce dumped on it to cover the quality of the meal. Very poor quality wise. Tables were sticky and the dining room was dark. Won't do this again. Expensive and inedible. I think even Panda Express would be better and that's a low bar. read more

Limited very meaty menu, they do have tofu, but it's not featured at all. Tofu pad Thai was salty but fairly tasty. I would suggest to them to add the lime on top rather than bury it. Very good service. The place was clean and the bathroom was fine. read more

It's Hump day, and I'm not in the mood to cook, so the next best thing is takeout, and what better place than Pei Wei. I called in my order while en route from Downtown, which was less than a 15-20 minute drive. Talk about fast as my order was ready upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and quiet upon entry. I decided on the chicken lettuce wraps because they are healthy and just enough for late-night dinner. The lettuce wraps come second to none in comparison to PF Chang's, especially when considering the ingredients combined with the ground chicken of the shiitake mushrooms, scallions, water chestnuts, and garlic. All tossed in a savory soy sauce and served over a bed of crispy rice sticks with lettuce cups. Can you say Mmmmm good!! And what better way to end my meal than with a fortune cookie with good fortune of what's to come. read more

I love coming here with my family and friends. We usually order their classic dishes so my mom recommended we try some of their newest creations. This particular evening, we did online ordering. We ordered Drunken noodles with chicken, Firecracker chicken, House special with steak and Kung Pao shrimp. Drunken noodles and Kung Pao shrimp were great. We didn't like house special steak with pineapple in a caramely sauce. They used to have different name for this dish before caramel chicken but this version wasn't very appetizing. Plus the steak got soggy under all the slaw. Firecracker chicken, while it was good.. i had gotten the wrong order. When we ordered, we asked for Firecracker chicken with side of greens instead got a salad. I spoke to the person in charge and he said I have to contact customer service. I even showed him a copy of my online order and he didn't do anything. I am taking points off for customer service I received. I understand it's not good time for restaurants now but at the same time, i wasn't given what i ordered. The problem could've easily been fixed but they chose not to help. read more

What a fabulous meal this was my first time coming to Pei Wei and I am ready to go back! Stopped in after a failed reservation and when I walked in and saw a sign of Jet Tila on it I was ready to eat. We looked over the menu and realized we were pretty hungry and couldn't decide so Raven at the front register recommended that we do the family bundle and you get an extra side and Thai donuts for a great price so that's what we did with firecracker chicken with fried rice, a Thai coconut chicken with noodles and a extra side of noodles. We choose crab wontons for our app and got a couple drinks. The food came out hot and smelled so good! I started with the wontons which tasted amazing I wish they would have had a sweet chili sauce but they were still pretty good. The Thai coconut was really good a little spicy which is a good thing for me . They noodles were good too we ended getting some extra teriyaki for the noodles and rice which amped the flavor. After filling our tummy with all that food we barely had rooms for the donuts my husband & I ended up sharing one and dipping it into the sweetened condensed milk it's served with which was pretty good. Haven't been to Pei Wei in a while and was hungry after shopping. This location is right in the same plaza as The Container Store so we stopped in for some take out. Wasn't busy at all. Walked right in looked over the menu and ordered. Staff was welcoming. Order out in 10 minutes! Wow. Ordered the General Tso's chicken extra spicy, the Firecracker chicken and the Mongolian beef. Ordered rice on the side and an order of cauliflower rice. I do have to say that I enjoy their cauliflower rice-- it doesn't have that awful cauliflower taste and it's not crunchy! Lunch was amazing! We ate so fast that I totally failed to take pictures lol. It was just that good. read more

We went here last night and were very disappointed...50.00 later...ordered Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls, Wonton Soup, Chicken Fried Rice, Beef Drunken Noodles, Orange Chicken..they were very busy and the man at the counter was doing a great job taking orders, phones, delivering food and working the phones and helping in the Kitchen..he was very nice..Crab Rangoon were very strong tasting.... a little much, the Egg Rolls were super greasy and needed to be drained of grease, maybe precooked and cooked again? Not sure...Won Ton Soup was lukewarm and tasted like Ocean water when you go swimming and get a mouthful of water, tasted like they put a whole container of Salt in it, so disappointed, all broth and 3 small Wontons...Chicken Fried Rice was flavorless and went untouched, Orange Chicken was bitter and Chicken pieces were tiny and finally Beef Drunken Noodles, Noodles were fine, Beef was not edible, super salty too..I really wish I would have chosen somewhere else to grab a bite..have gone to other locations and have never had this type of experience... read more

This was my first time visiting this location. I've enjoyed eating at this restaurant in other states, so I thought it'd be good to try this location. I'm so glad that I stopped in to this fast-casual restaurant. I was immediately greeted by staff and they assisted me with placing my order. It had been quite a few years since I had last visited. I ordered the firecracker orange chicken, substituted brown rice, and I added broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. I was so glad that I was able to customize my order. I also ordered the chicken egg rolls. After placing my order I then took a seat at an available table. The establishment was clean and the seating was comfortable. My food was then brought out to me piping hot! So happy that once the food was done, it was immediately brought to me. The veggies were very fresh and crisp! The chicken smelled amazing and tasted just as great. The sauce on the chicken had a nice little kick to it, with also a bit of tanginess. I really enjoyed this meal, the ingredients all went so well together. The egg rolls were crisp on the outside and deliciously flavorful on the inside. The filling was very well seasoned. I highly recommend visiting this location. I can't wait to return! I've been looking for a good fast-casual Asian cuisine spot, and this definitely satisfied my craving. I am very disappointed, Mr. Jet Tila. I have followed your public appearances on various Food Network shows over many years and have always considered you to be a demonstrated expert of high quality. If you have designed the recipes for the Pei-Wei restaurants, or have endorsed them, then shame on you. The food, though ample, was very overpriced for the quality. The crab rangoons, of which there are many to compare, were thick and under-filled, and the shells had a flavor and texture of pork rinds. We shared "Beef and Broccoli" and "Bourbon Chicken". In each case the cloying over-powering sweetness of each dish was outrageous. It was cooked well, with no complaints of doneness or dryness. The hidden unannounced extra charges were shocking: $2.29 option for fried rice per dish. And $2.99 each for self-serve cold drinks. I understand the efficiency of using a self-serve model as it cuts down on expensive staffing. Our only interaction with staff was the cashier who also brought us our meals. For such a commitment to self-serve, one would figure to offer to-go bags, but we had to ask for one. Overall, Mr. Tila, this has put a bad taste in our mouths (bad pun intended) read more

Pei Wei is constantly good no matter where I go. I really like the honey seared tofu with brown rice. I do wish they hadn't changed the style of tofu they use, but the new tofu is still good. My kids really like the kids noodles and chicken. We got takeout from this location so I can't speak to the service or interior, but I enjoyed my meal. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at our lunch here today. We expected the cheap food and service that's typical of little chain restaurants but this food was GOOD. It's much higher quality than I expected. We had a dine-in and a take out order, and The service was excellent for both. The lettuce wraps taste just like the ones I had at a very high end restaurant but were a third of the price.
