However, there were two empty seats at the bar, so I politely asked if I could sit there instead. She told me the manager is not allowing anyone to be seated and that I had to wait in the waiting area. The frustrating part is the waiting area had no view of any TVs, and when I went to stand in view of the game, I was told I couldn't. I wasn't asking to take someone's reserved table. I simply wanted to watch the match while waiting. It felt unnecessarily inflexible and unwelcoming, especially during one of the biggest sporting events for the Colombian community. I ended up leaving and watching the game elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.
