So unfortunate - a reminder that bad management from years ago has a lasting terrible impact. The food came out super fast, which is great when traveling through town. They have a wide variety of meals to choose from. The manager, Matthew, was so nice and attentive. Arrived here at 8:20pm to pick up my online order when online it said the location closes at 9:00pm. I tried to open the door and it was like I was hoping at least someone could communicate to me on if I can get my order being that I was still there but I just get overlooked rudely. I have not had Asian or Chinese food in a very long time. Once we ordered it took about an hour for the food to arrive. The food was still warm. I had the steak and brown rice. The steak was chewy and very greasy. I bit down on a hard item in my food it looked like a piece of small wood or a hard seed. I was disappointed because I didn't expect anything to be mixed in with my food. The egg rolls were burned in different areas. I was not satisfied with the food. They did give us plenty of sauces,silverware, chop sticks, and fortune cookies. It's too bad the fortune cookie didn't warn me of the hard thing mixed in my food. Lol read more

I've always loved Pei Wei and haven't been in a while, so I decided to go for lunch! I tried their new spicy drunken noodles, and it was delicious! My husband had their chicken pad Thai, it was a little too sweet for his liking. He loved the pork egg rolls. I loved my dish. Everything was hot and fresh. You can order to go or dine in. We ordered at the counter and sat down. They served our food quickly. They also have a loyalty app. Scan the barcode inside, spend $8 and get your next entree free. Had an overall wonderful experience at this location. Went to dinner with some friends and immediately noticed upon entering how frantically the two individuals in the kitchen area were working. We stood there for quite a while before we were even acknowledged, which initially gave me pause. Another individual came out from fridge/storage area and was just a flustered as the other two individuals. We realized that these three people were the only ones there that night. So after a flurry of online and carry out orders were packed and filled they finally were able to take our orders. The manager apologized and stated what we had already noticed--that they were extremely short handed. She calmly and very kindly took our orders (comped us for the beverages bc of our wait). The food was, hot, fresh, and delicious, and delivered to our table with professionalism and a smile. The service was excellent, especially when you consider the circumstances. I've known that Pei Wei was here for years. But I never stopped in because I assumed it would be an over processed, food court type experience. I was wrong. They have a very expansive menu that had several options I deliberated over. I figured I'd go with the limited time Drubken Noodles and I was not disappointed. Aside from a wish I had more. The noodles were cooked to perfection, there were ample chunks of chicken, lots of veggies with a tasty sauce. We ordered delivery from the PeiWei site. They used DoorDash to deliver our food. The Door Dash person stole our food. After waiting a long time and getting many weird messages about the order being cancelled then picked up by another person, we finally called and they told us it had been stolen by DoorDash. They knew this, did not let us know, did not make us more food, or refund our money. We ordered from them, not Door Dash so this is their responsibility! $35 later and no food! I have only been burned here once on Vietnamese spring rolls which were spoiled. The manager gave me a gift card and I will never order them again. Order in the front and you can either take the carryout home or eat in. Good service, nice staff but Americanized Chinese food. I am endlessly perplexed by the coke machine. Even the diet coke button leads to an array of flavored selections not just plain caffeinated diet coke. There is a a sweet tea urn and a unsweetened green tea urn with orange flavoring. No simple unsweetened black tea. I prefer family owned authentic Asian food but then I am more adventurist than most. read more
