Great location close to the UCO campus and the interstate. We were making our way back to Fayetteville and needed some dinner. The location is great because there is also a raising cains in the parking lot! Sweet tea and some great Asian fusion made a wonderful dinner. Another great visit at this location, had my usual lettuce wraps with chili sauce and wonton soup and endless glasses of tea,,lol If your wanting something on the lighter side but still great, try the lettuce wraps, they are always crisp and flavorful, for an added kick, try the chili sauce in the little jars! Had the chicken wonton soup again this visit which is chicken broth with 3 lg steamed wontons, another lighter dish for under$5 I come here for lunch and its consistently good, very nice staff, clean with great menu choices and endless tea,, woohoo!! read more

A few things: The food was good, hot and fast. The place seemed clean and it was very cool for a hot day. Waitstaff not attentive. No one to take our order when we first got there. Horrible food. Carried out an order. Absolutely awful!! So gross, just gristle, tendon and cartilage in the chicken. Called back to let them know about awful food, the girl that answered could care less! Literally awkward silence. So sad to see in restaurants days. Came in for a quick meal to go. Three entrees and soup. Not sure what went wrong, but the Thai Basil Soup was inedible. The salt content was off the charts. Two of us had ordered it, and neither one of us could eat it. I've never had it that salty. We also ordered Mongolian Beef, a chicken stir fry and the Asian Chicken Salad. The beef dish was good, the chicken stir fry was a little warm.. a lot of flavorful heat. As for the salad... dressing didn't have much flavor and the "shredded chicken" looked and felt more like tuna from a can. The gentleman that took our order was very nice, and our food was done in a timely manner. As for the food, definitely had better at other Pei Wei's. read more

Greeted warmly right when we came in. Smiles all around. More than one staff member wished us a great rest of our day. Tables and floor were clean. Food took about 5 minutes to cook 3 entrees and an appetizer which was wonderful. The Pei Wei original and Dan Dan Noodles were superb! The pad Thai was good but not as good as the other dishes. I love the crab wontons! The chunky meat and peppers inside are a nice change of pace from mainly or all cream cheese at other places. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again! read more

So my boyfriend and I came here a week ago. The service was HORRIBLE and we waited over 45 minutes for our food. They gave us a gift card for waiting. Nice, right? Well we came back tonight because we had a gift card so why not? We order the food and give the gift card...there's literally NOTHING ON IT. Disgusting customer service. Rude manager during lunch today. Literally made us feel like trash after dropping $75 on lunch. The restaurant itself was also filthy. We were asked to confirm our order not once, not twice, but three times for simply asking that rice be placed on the side. Then we were asked why... ummmm, DOES IT MATTER? I'm paying YOU for MY food. Lettuce wraps came out with rotting lettuce, my order was wrong, and when I tried to make sure it was correct by telling her how it was ordered, she cut me off and walked away. Then, the new one was wrong, too! If only I could've gotten a complete sentence out of my mouth without being rudely interrupted by someone with a power trip. Gal running food and bussing tonight was doing a lot of it by herself and still found time to get us a water cup for our son amongst her other jobs. We went on a Sunday night and seating was plentiful. The Pei Wei rule is that you wait in line, order, then sit. You can also order online with a specific pick up time and pickup take out which I've done at my old Pei Wei, but not yet from this one. Surprised by all the low reviews, then I read them in detail. Pei Wei is an American chain and has Asian American chain food. Food was consistent with our other Pei Wei I've had. (Check out all the other elite reviews. We've been writing reviews for the sake of it for a long while, so you aren't getting biased opinions. ) I was also surprised that we got paper cups off the bat as I was used to washable plastic soda cups, but I don't think it's fair to take points off for that. Most people perceive the paper cup as a "deal" since they get to take it home. Let's not split hairs. Food for two and a kid on a budget looks like this: -Entree w extra protein and extra veg (to split--we got orange peel) -BOWL of hot and sour soup (they'll give you two cups and spoons so you can share) -egg rolls or some other appetizer -kids entree (first time ordering a kids honey with noodles--nailed it) -soda drinks because we're gluttons Total was about $30 read more

At that point there were three other orders waiting to be refunded. We had been told 30 minutes prior that our order was ready minus one item. Which if true there is no way I would of accepted said order. No explanation to the clear breakdown of the entire restaurant process. They were still taking orders over the phone 20 minutes before closing at 8pm and telling customers 45 minutes to an Hour. Which is clearly not true. I'm not sure if the changes I'm seeing are specific to the 2nd street location in Edmond. First, ate here for dine in... everything is served in to-go plastic and paper containers. Nothing came out together, which I guess prevents food getting cold. Menu choice seems to have diminished. Also, tried to order a beer and glass of wine, no longer serve alcohol at all. Terrible! I ordered bourbon chicken gluten free with cauliflower rice. My husband ordered Mongolian steak gluten-free. My rice had onions, peppers, & bean sprouts in it & tasted terrible. I was able to eat it. My husband's Mongolian beef was missing the mushrooms & onions but had broccoli. It also was not gluten-free. The other Pei Wei's are good but this one was bad! read more

I have always managed to find something redeeming in a meal experience. Today that was a fortune cookie. The only thing edible. Mongolian Chicken was anything but, a gloppy cloyingly off tasting sauce with chicken so tough you'd imagined it had been boiled. My wife fared no better, chicken fried rice that appeared as though it came came from that container of leftovers way in the back of the fridge. She even commented that it's taste and texture seemed old. We should have taken the hint when ordering, "We are completely out of broccoli!"
