I had such a nice experience here, that I just had to share. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I placed an order to go and the food was ready quickly. If I wasn't bringing dinner home for the family, I would have stayed and eaten in. It's so nice and clean inside. You can watch them prepare your food, which is always nice. Everything is made to order and they use fresh , high quality ingredients. . Lettuce wraps - are my favorite. They have so much flavor. Thai Basil Chicken is also good. The chicken is steamed so it's a little healthier and there's a nice assortment of vegetables tossed in a slightly spicy hoisin sauce. Like many chain restaurants & fast casual dining, every location experience is different mostly based on staff & the management. This particular location was top notch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The place was clean & so were the tables. I did a To Go order at this location & it was prepped quickly with the food being hot and fresh. I did a special order on my main dish & it was followed without error. Inside the bag were sauces, utensils, fortune cookies, napkins, & all food was stacked & packed safely not to get crushed or open in transit. Would I eat at this location again? The visit during the Yelp event last month was so enjoyable that there was a desire to return and try another delicious dish. There was a quiet ambiance throughout the restaurant as the cooks were preparing the orders and people were either coming in to pick up their order or place an order to go. I was greeted by a male employee who took my order of the grilled bourbon chicken with white rice. The food was made in a timely manner and was very good...the rice was cooked to a soft consistency and the tender chicken was cut into bite-sized pieces, covered in a flavorful sauce. I recently downloaded the app and signed up for their rewards. Due to my purchase today, I was rewarded one free entree and I was able to redeem it at this very moment...sweet! I was interested in a shrimp dish, but the ones listed on the menu were spicy...can't do those. The male employee informed me that I can get the chicken & broccoli entree and just replace the chicken with shrimp...yeah, let's do that. When I received the food, my greedy self just had to sneak a taste. My compliments to the cook. The food not only smelled amazing, but the shrimp was absolutely scrumptious! Everybody was very pleasant that work there parking I a there are other restaurants in the same shopping center so at lunchtime, we can get very busy the food we had rice noodles that were a little too spicy for me, but that was my fault. I went to the Pei Wei in Delray Beach. The parking is horrific in that shopping center. Not enough! This Pei Wei was friendly, but it took quite a while to get the food. I got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were very good. The store is nice inside. There is just not enough help to get the food out quickly, while they are accommodating the orders for pick up. It's fairly new, so maybe they will get it worked out. read more

I patronize this restaurant for take out at least once a week. The food is fresh and tasty, but this store in Boca is so inconsistent. They almost always forget items in the dishes we order like: peanuts, lime, scallions, bean sprouts & cilantro. The vegetable and side sauces portions are never consistent. Last time I got 4 small pieces of broccoli, 4 sugar snap peas, mostly shredded carrots in their Chicken and Broccoli dish! Don't get me started on the sugar snap peas, that they do not de-stem properly. How they can think they are edible. I have to remove them every time from the young children food, so they don't choke on them. Last time they gave me a drunken noodle dish that my on line order and my receipt shows I ordered a Pad Tha. When I talked to them they said I ordered a Drunken Noodle and that it was the same thing as a drunken noodle, which the only similarity is the rice noodles (Which are not the same size noodles). If you ever get take out I highly recommend you check your order before you leave! If you contact customer service they ignore you and don't respond. The Delray store, does a much better job. Ashley the manager takes pride in what she does and it reflects on their employees. To bad it is further away from my home and now only go there once a month to eat in. read more
