food was GREAT, service was SPECTACULAR and the ambiance was AMAZING, i will TOTALLY return to here for the food

My husband and I had recently gone to P.F. Chang's specifically to have orange chicken and Mongolian steak and left disappointed. We hadn't been to a Pei Wei in a long time and thought we should try it again after our experience. Both the dishes were so well-made, felt fresh and they were delicious. They were 10 times better and for a fraction of the price. The servings were really good sizes too. Additionally, the service was great. The guy that helped us place our order was very nice. Later, he brought us complementary fortune cookies, covered in chocolate to try out which was super nice because we had never tried those. I wish I had gotten his name. He was also very respectful as I was breast-feeding my baby and brought us everything we needed, including the forks. The place was clean and a little empty, but it was also not the typical lunch rush-hour. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I had such a nice experience here, that I just had to share. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I placed an order to go and the food was ready quickly. If I wasn't bringing dinner home for the family, I would have stayed and eaten in. It's so nice and clean inside. You can watch them prepare your food, which is always nice. Everything is made to order and they use fresh , high quality ingredients. . Lettuce wraps - are my favorite. They have so much flavor. Thai Basil Chicken is also good. The chicken is steamed so it's a little healthier and there's a nice assortment of vegetables tossed in a slightly spicy hoisin sauce. I have to admit for take-out Chinese food this has to be one of the best in the area. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Oh and those lettuce wraps... Absolutely the best! read more

Like many chain restaurants & fast casual dining, every location experience is different mostly based on staff & the management. This particular location was top notch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The place was clean & so were the tables. I did a To Go order at this location & it was prepped quickly with the food being hot and fresh. I did a special order on my main dish & it was followed without error. Inside the bag were sauces, utensils, fortune cookies, napkins, & all food was stacked & packed safely not to get crushed or open in transit. Would I eat at this location again? Yes, 100 percent. read more

Ordered a won ton Soup & mango sweet chick dish. 86 the pepper flakes. Love mango hate spice. perfect. PLace clean, fast. Absolutely no complaints-BUT AS SOON AS I WAS FINISHED WITH A PLATE OR A SPOON, THEY WOULD COME OVER TO CLEAN IT UP AND TAKE IT. MAYBE I'M A PRIMADONNA BUT LEAVE ME ALONE UNTIL I'M FINISHED. THEY KEPT ASKING IF THEY COULD TAKE THAT AWAY. I'M SORRY I LIKE BEING LEFT ALONE. CLEAN IT UP AFTER I LEAVE. Then there was a lady couple tables away eating and she would shovel it in her mouth as much as she can fit in her mouth and then push it in with a fork like a garbage truck. It was discussed. This is why I hate going out to eat. Some people do not know how to eat in public. It's not a contest to see how much food you can fit in your mouth at one time. LOL read more

The visit during the Yelp event last month was so enjoyable that there was a desire to return and try another delicious dish. There was a quiet ambiance throughout the restaurant as the cooks were preparing the orders and people were either coming in to pick up their order or place an order to go. I was greeted by a male employee who took my order of the grilled bourbon chicken with white rice. The food was made in a timely manner and was very good...the rice was cooked to a soft consistency and the tender chicken was cut into bite-sized pieces, covered in a flavorful sauce. I recently downloaded the app and signed up for their rewards. Due to my purchase today, I was rewarded one free entree and I was able to redeem it at this very moment...sweet! I was interested in a shrimp dish, but the ones listed on the menu were spicy...can't do those. The male employee informed me that I can get the chicken & broccoli entree and just replace the chicken with shrimp...yeah, let's do that. When I received the food, my greedy self just had to sneak a taste. My compliments to the cook. The food not only smelled amazing, but the shrimp was absolutely scrumptious! Whatever sauce was used was the cherry on the sundae. As of now, this is my favorite dish. I will be anticipating my next visit to see what I will try. read more

The service here is fast and efficient. The food is cooked fresh so it does take a little longer than a "fast food" place. This time i ordered the salmon poke and it wasn't my favorite, but I also think this place is better suited for the more Asian kitchen style food. I've had other dishes in the past like the chicken lettuce wraps and they were delicious, one of my favorites. read more

Tried this place for lunch and was happy that I did. It was a short wait from ordering to food being ready. The music upon coming in was a bit loud, the cashier and myself couldn't hear which resulted in my order being wrong. We had to almost talk over each other. Ordered Firecracker shrimp and ended up with firecracker chicken, was a little disappointed as I truly wanted the shrimp BUT the chicken was actually really good. Ordered wontons as well which was good as well. Food was fresh and flavorful .. guy at the register was nice and friendly. Definitely will come here again, next time ordering online read more

Very friendly front staff! I was very impressed with their hospitality. Today was Easter and I am very pleased with the service.

Would have been a five the food was good but very sugar loaded the issue is lack of customer service Had lunch there with a friend on 4/2 next day on 4/3 two charges for the same amount showed up on bank statement called the location on Thursday and a male manager said they would take care of it knowing it could take a few days to reflect called back Tuesday Braxton said he would talk to the GM and hung up, called back Wednesday, was told GM had left for the day called back Thursday and Braxton said the GM didn't have time to look it had been too long. Wow Called back to ask for area director to have Braxton recite a lame policy of not being able to give out supervisor name or number Stay away.. there is a reason they are closing everywhere and make sure to double check your bank statement !!!! read more

Instead of getting my credit, i paid more for food that was terrible. Will not be foing this again. read more

we got a coupon in the mail for this place to have buy one get one free so we decide to do it for lunch. Everybody was very pleasant that work there parking I a there are other restaurants in the same shopping center so at lunchtime, we can get very busy the food we had rice noodles that were a little too spicy for me, but that was my fault. I probably could've told him I didn't like that much spice it was a nice experience if you want a quick lunch or a quick dinner, but not a place that I would run to go back to for a dinner or lunch unless I was in the area and I needed something quick read more

I went to the Pei Wei in Delray Beach. The parking is horrific in that shopping center. Not enough! This Pei Wei was friendly, but it took quite a while to get the food. I got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were very good. The store is nice inside. There is just not enough help to get the food out quickly, while they are accommodating the orders for pick up. It's fairly new, so maybe they will get it worked out. read more
