Kirkland's has gotten better over the years so I think more people shop there now than they did…read morebefore which is great, I'm happy for them. This location is my go-to but unfortunately some of the staff is unhelpful. I won't use their names but they really don't know what they're doing or how to navigate the Kirkland's website and contact customer service on behalf of a customer. For example, I received a broken vase in the mail. Called customer service and they said if I brought it to the store, they would call them on my behalf and confirm the item was as I said it was received and they would send me a new one vs doing it from home, taking pictures and sending emails. Store associate tells me I have to send pictures and email to Kirkland's customer service. I tried to explain that I came in store to bypass all this but unfortunately I just ended up returning w/o replacement. Another example, a chair was discontinued but I saw similar chair w/ different material. Store associate continuously said that it's the same chair but looks different online but it doesn't make sense since they have two different item #'s??? Employees could use more training!

I came in here of hope to sell my baby's clothes, and they were infants girls clothes I had a whole box full, and I filled out the sell form and asked for an eta and they told me later that afternoon, so I waited in the parking lot and the stores nearby, I waited three hours just to be told they can not buy any of my items bc the were not taking infants clothing at the time. Mind you my daughter who I was holding, still an infant, was obviously selling my infants clothing, there was no indication of them saying they weren't taking any infants clothes and they failed to inform me as well. Next time please inform your customers before they wait hours on a very hot day in the parking lot before you tell them you aren't even gonna buy the clothes. Nothing about this experience was kind. Horrible experience, won't be coming back.

And, because it was a convenience store, there is a bank of coolers with six packs of local beer, Locopops and ready-to-go-meals- craziness! The store is organized by vignette and theme, making browsing fun. I found the prices to be really good, especially on the jewelry, which is displayed on tables and probably 25% of the inventory.
