We hired Master Pools to conduct a deeper inspection and missed items that our home inspection company found. We paid an additional fee for these services. Upon moving into the home, I contacted Master Pools to resolve the items they did not find that were in the home inspection report as well as installing LED lights. While we paid for an inspection that did not find issues that the home inspector did, we contacted them to resolve those issues and to install LED lights. I was given contact information for someone they work with. That person arrived and was unable to resolve our issues nor were they able to install LED lights. Would not recommend. Master Pools and Spas charged an inspection that did not find issues that our home inspector did. We called again for them to resolve issues and were given a number to call for someone that could not resolve our issues.
