We were not disappointed with the food there. It was a little loud and a little dark for my taste but the food will not disappoint. I have a separate review for that place. Christiana mall has a lot of great stores! I was on a business trip to Elkton, MD. and needed to buy some sweatpants. While I did not find any that I liked at this mall I did find other items I liked and bought. The mall itself is clean and has plenty of parking outside. The food court is pretty large with a variety of places to choose from. You will find something to eat here, there are a lot of places. There's also a Target which is super convenient! I love malls with Targets, it saves you an extra trip. The prices here felt a little lower than the Bay Area, CA. I went to JC Penny and found some nice things and the cashier lady even helped me get a coupon online to save a little extra cash. All the people I interacted with here were friendly. All the stores were out together and well stocked. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom, I can even say I have a Nordstrom shopping problem. This Nordstrom is very underwhelming. There is not a whole lot of selection for women and I was bummed. I was looking to see if they had some items I saw online and they did not. The store itself was clean and the employees were very nice. I'll be writting a separate review for JC Penny and Nordstrom. This mall is a good place to shop with good stores inside. Nothing too high end, they have Coach but you won't see any of the higher end brands like Louis Vuitton or Gucci here.

It's a tad higher-priced than the "big W", but the clothes have more style, colors, and interesting fabrics, and there's a greater range of sizes for women. I'm a little picky about my clothes (for example, I want my shirts to have pockets) and it's quite a large store with a wide selection, so it's rare that I can't find something that fits me, my budget, and my expectations. The prices are quite reasonable for what they offer, so you can spend $100 and leave with a full bag, feeling like a great bargain-hunter. Absolutely awful customer service. I went in to the store to buy electronics with a value of more…read morethan $600. There were 3 clerks and they were chatting among themselves. I had to walk up to the group and ask for help. The gentleman who decided to help us seemed not too happy that we had interrupted his chat. When I asked for the location of the device, I was told "Over there," as the clerk vaguely gestured to some location a few feet away. When I asked about the store warranty/return policy, I was told that there was none. I then asked for the manager. The clerk apparently got very angry. He hemmed and hawed. I asked again. He got even more angry. I again asked for the manager explaining that I just needed more information. He reluctantly called a manager over. The manager was standing just 10 feet away. I got my question answered and then decided to take my business elsewhere.

Tensions are evident already, and fnally one snaps to another "you have a customer". Upon asking if she can put the new band on my existing watch, she immediately declines. They aren't equipped with any tool for that. I am disappointed, and tell her 'no sale", since I don't have a tool like that at home either. She turns abruptly to go back to her paperwork, and replies "no problem" with a dismissive tone. There wasn't even the pretense of courtesy here, and I clearly got the message that customers are an interruption of their work, rather than the reason the store exists in the first place.
