I was skeptical at first, but thought I'd try out at least one blouse. After the initial fitting, I liked the concept - get measured, pick materials, buttons, styles. In a couple of weeks, my first blouse arrived. I wore it to work the next day. I received more compliments regarding that blouse than I had received for any other item of clothing that I'd worn to work in my entire career. The size was perfect, especially in the bust area which is my biggest issue. After several months, I am still happy with my purchase. I've even ordered a few additional blouses in different styles and colors. I've been very happy with all the purchases. I've even ventured purchasing a couple of pairs of shoes. I love the shoes, the fit and the quality. My next purchase is a suit. I'll let you know how it goes with that. If the suits are as good as the blouses, I'd upgrade this business to a 5 star. They had each and every thing ever color in many sizes. The store was beautifully laid out and the recommendations were endless of staff members making sure this shopping experience was a positive experience. I have a love hate relationship for the Hot Topic chain. Hot Topic barely carries any spikes, vampiric or S&M-esque merch anymore. They've completely sold out to the pop-goth style and TV/Movie merch. Anyway, about this site in particular, it's a horribly cramped store. I avoid it mainly now. It's so tight that it's not at all accessible for anyone with a wheelchair or larger than a size 4X. Their piercing selection is extremely limited. They even had more interesting faux septum piercings rather than actual septum rings... that should allude to the crowd they're trying to appease. I'd say skip it. It's literally a Claire's with black nail polish.
