The manager noted that there was a $7 rack and a $20 rack for formal dresses upon entering the store While we were looking around, it was noted by an associate that the $7 rack was officially an extra 50% off, so of course we fled to the rack to see if there was anything that fit. $3.50 is a beautiful price! Wanted to note that the sizes weren't very inclusive btw. Almost everything was XS or S. But I found a couple things that I liked and happily brought them to the register. Upon checkout, the prices rang up at regular price and then reduced to only $7... I asked about the deal because the new 50% off sign was up prior to us going up to the register. The associate who mentioned the sale was the person who checked us out and said that they have to honor the original deal because we had those clothes before they changed it? Which wasn't true... and also absurd. I was honestly dumbfounded and when I reemphasized what they said, their response was they "didn't know what [I was] talking about" when the sign on the rack was clearly there. I really don't like how they did that. I ended up paying for it because $7 is still fine but when you say something and there's A SIGN, you honor it. It's a really bad reflection of a store if an employee is this dishonest. I came in with a lot of enthusiasm, and this associate commented on how great my energy is and then you're gonna do me like this? Then you're probably just saying anything to finesse a sale out of a customer. Thankfully I'm never coming back because I was just passing through but I was ready to spread the word about the store since there's a website. But now my opinion on this place is that you shouldn't be giving this store your attention due to their lack of integrity

Dorcas was the initial and most consistent floor person to assist and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all items. Victoria's Secret is generally busy most of the time, but they were even more busy because they were running twice as many deals and sales than usual. They had each and every thing ever color in many sizes. The store was beautifully laid out and the recommendations were endless of staff members making sure this shopping experience was a positive experience. I would definitely return back here in the future! The best part of this visit outside of all the wonderful items was the super fast check out! When I got in line they were at least 5 to 7 people in front of me and I waited no more than 2 minutes. That's my type of speed right there! Kudos to you Victoria's Secret!

If I would've bought them, I feel I would've caused too much of an inconvenience to the employees. So when I entered the store it was around 8pm, they close at 9pm. The Cashiers looked at me and my collegue like oh crap someone is in here. We weren't even greeted, there was 3 employees there and no one said welcome in or even hello. They just stared at us. I started browsing around and saw that they were counting the cash register money on the cashier counter. I thought that was odd since closing was at 9pm. It felt pretty obvious they were done with the day so while I did see what I wanted, I walked out and instead ordered it online.
