News flash if you have the membership, the policies are written pretty clearly online so I know when you're speaking nonsense. The new people there don't even bother to ask so done who has been there a while to answer a question they don't know. Whoever is training the personnel needs to get removed and the whole staff needs to be remediated to know what customer service actually is and stop hassling customers and telling them half truths or making it so difficult to return something that you bought 2 weeks ago with receipts and all.... My brother happily ran inside hoping to find a jacket he was looking for. I tried to follow him in, but was greeted at the door by a foot stuck out in front of me and a snarky "we're at capacity". I completely understand that they were short staffed and at capacity, however I was a little confused by the tone. I stepped aside with my cousins and sister to wait for my brother. My sister then asked my cousin " how are they at capacity with only 3 people in the store ". I was then completely shocked to hear the man with tennis ball green hair at the door start to raise his voice at her. He began cursing at us, asking my 13 year old cousin if she "had something to say since you love to stare". She had no clue what to say, so I responded with "she's only thirteen". He then said "I don't care, and I will get you bitch ass kids kicked out for not being with an adult". I then told him that I am 18 and responsible for them. He then told us to "get the fuck out" and to " stop shit talking" . My poor little cousin was in tears and so confused. I am so disappointed and frankly disgusted with the way we were treated by him. Not one of us raised our voices, yet he felt the need to curse and yell at some kids. I don't recommend going to this store until that employee is fired.

This is probably the neatest, well-stocked, and cleanest JC Penney I have ever been to. The employees here were very nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking at this location as the mall parking lot is fairly large. This store in particular had a lot of stock and a lot of clothes hanging. What I liked is that it was well organized and neat. The cashier was friendly and helped me locate a discount coupon in my account. I will for sure stop in to this JC Penney if I am ever back in town.
