They gave me a phone number to the corporate office and told me to call there. I stepped out of the store to call only to find out that the office is closed until Monday. What kind of horrible service is this? Were they on a power trip by not accepting the ring back? Online the return policy is clear. 30 days with a receipt. So, when I call the corporate office again on Monday I can't wait to tell them about this issue and how it's the opposite of what they have in writing. Boo!

Brought in A bunch of antique watches my grandfather me. I most of them just needed batteries but…read moresome I wanted to see if anything could be done for. Staff were friendly from start to finish, and were very professional. The batteries were priced a bit steep at $20/watch--but the store is in the mall and needs to keep the lights on right? I had a question about one of my watches that went unacknowledged, but I think I may have been trying to ask at the wrong time. I do not know what else this shop can fix, as they were seemingly unwilling to look at my automatic watch (although it is in quite bad shape) and the quartz watch I have that's in rough shape also didn't get looked at. So, I would call and see if they can solve your issue prior to going in. Overall I had a nice experience and would go back, probably not for batteries though.

Wow Wow Wow! This…read moreplace was so busy when I visited, somehow at least 4 - 5 staff members managed to come check on me to see if I needed anything. That type of service is priceless!! Dorcas was the initial and most consistent floor person to assist and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all items. Victoria's Secret is generally busy most of the time, but they were even more busy because they were running twice as many deals and sales than usual. They had each and every thing ever color in many sizes. The store was beautifully laid out and the recommendations were endless of staff members making sure this shopping experience was a positive experience. I would definitely return back here in the future! The best part of this visit outside of all the wonderful items was the super fast check out! When I got in line they were at least 5 to 7 people in front of me and I waited no more than 2 minutes. That's my type of speed right there! Kudos to you Victoria's Secret!

She was stalking behind people of color and looking in their bags behind them as if to insinuate that they're stealing, while ignoring them as customers, but as I watched a her, she'd rush over to any white customers entering the store to help assist them with shopping bags and service. I've never seen such blatantly obvious racism out in the open. From what I heard from other employees, her name is Ashley. Do better Victoria's Secret!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with your store and…read moreto provide an update on my previous positive review. While Tyson was wonderful during my initial dress fitting, my subsequent experiences have been extremely distressing. On April 17, 2026, I drove two hours to pick up my wedding dress. Upon arrival, I was not greeted and waited for 30 minutes. After someone finally took my name, another 15 minutes passed before I had to seek out a manager myself. She admitted she had forgotten about me and the purpose of my visit, despite my having just explained I was there for my dress. This made me feel completely overlooked during what should have been a happy milestone. I did not write a negative review because the manager was so kind. Furthermore, I still have not received my veil. Although I paid for shipping, I discovered it was not initially sent. After calling to follow up, I was not given tracking information. Even when they stated they will email me. When I called today she gave me the tracking number and upon review it stated it was delivered on April 28, 2026, but it never arrived at my address. Previous communication regarding this tracking information was also handled poorly. Given the significant investment I have made at your store, I expected a much higher level of service. I also have my dress alterations scheduled in August and I do not want to even deal with this company/location. I am not sure how to move forward with this situation. Since this is suppose to be a happy experience to get my dress and veil for my wedding. I am more stressed now because of all this.

We are absolutely impressed with the ring we purchased--the quality, the sparkle of the diamonds, and the craftsmanship are all outstanding. Jane and Leah made the experience even better with their exceptional customer service. There was no sales pressure. They both have tons of patience, and they are very good in recommending the right rings. We returned a ring from 2019 and, because we had purchased the extended warranty, we received the full price back. That warranty truly paid off. I highly recommend getting it, so your jewelry stays clean, well‑maintained, and protected. A wonderful experience overall.
