I just bought a $70 sweater that has loose threads coming out all over after 1 wear, and they won't let me return it, not even for store credit. I understand the return policy but feels unfair that Im out $70 because the integrity of the sweater is poor and I'm the only one paying the price. Cute stuff, but im always disappointed with the quality. Finally deciding to take my business elsewhere for that price range :(

The staff is very friendly - the makeup artist tried out a few different options for me and then other staff helped me decide which looked best - they were honest because the result was fewer products (smaller purchase). But I made up for it by buying more on a different shelf :) I scored a new Fresh fragrance, Olivina hand lotion and a shitload of Skinceutical samples in addition to my new Laura Mercier foundation. I am already trying to think of an excuse to go back again soon!
