He was the second surgeon I consulted with, as I didn't like the first surgeon that I saw. I remember the consultation so well, as Dr. Danyo was very helpful and let me hold all of the different size implants before choosing which size I liked. I was able to schedule the surgery relatively soon. I also came back to him a few years later to stitch up my ear holes. They'd been stretched rather large and I was unable to wear regular earrings. He did the procedure in-office at a very affordable price, and I was happy with the results. Years later, I am happily wearing regular earrings. I came to Dr. Danyo this time for a breast exam as I was having breast pain. He was booked for months, but they were still able to get me in on the same day to be seen- which I am so thankful for, because the pain was getting very severe. He examined me and let me know that it wasn't my implant, and everything looked normal. I've followed his instructions and my pain has improved much since then. I'll definitely return to him when it is time to replace the implants.

The staff ignored us until 9:55, at which point they said "sorry, we closed at 10." When we pointed out it was not yet 10, the staff said they have "problems closing the store at night" and refused to even retrieve the prepaid item for the girl waiting with us. If you'd like to close the store 20 to 30 minutes early, I would recommend changing your listed hours.

That she wasn't going to reprint my order until she fulfilled the others she had...even though my reprint was ALREADY printed and to the side. She angrily handed me the 10 cards when I explained that the print was already completed the night before. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with ignorant BS with this location when I have been nothing but calm and nice; but this interaction has officially made me lose hope in this store.
