I have heard your "We're sorry, there are 2 callers ahead of you" I must have heard "We're sorry" 30 times now. I don't t your SORRY. I want you to staff up or put a call back feature, so you don't eat up so much of my personal time trying to fix your problems... Oh, that's great, it just hung up on me I gotta start using the local Shoprite Kleins. They are cheaper and MUCH MUCH better staffed. U guys are losing sooo much business, I'm sure. A girl at the front counter this morning with dark hair and glasses said she could not exchange a $5 bill for quarters unless there was a transaction. She gave me a smirk as if she was proud of herself one-upping a customer. I understand the rule, but I took back the money and said her behavior was unacceptable. First I would like to state that every person that goes to this pharmacy has the same exact issues (I talk to them while we wait a 1/2 hour plus in line.) 1) they have given me the wrong medicine. I'm pregnant and they gave me the wrong medicine! 2) the pharmacy assistants there are never nice 3) they say it will be 45 min or an hour or even more most of the time. And you should always add at least another hour onto that. 4) there could be an issue with authorization or anything and you find out when you drive to Walgreens. You would think they could give you a courtesy call but nooooo....why would they do that?! 5) they are ridiculously unorganized. 99% of the time the meds filled for you are in a basket and not filed away. During the last six months the telephone system was screwed up. For each prescription I wanted to refill, I would use the phone to leave the script number and the recording would say it was incorrect and I had to speak with a staff member. It was an annoyance but tolerable. I was going there at least once a month and didn't know until my brother told me the pharmacy had permanently closed the day after I picked up my prescriptions. Why on earth didn't the pharmacist tell me that when I was there. Later I learned a lot of people in the community weren't told of the closing. Pretty low way to thank the people that patronized your establishment.

I was accidentally given the wrong dosage for a BP med. I was taking 3x's what I should have been taken. Pharmacy error. Could happen anywhere and thankfully I'm fine. But I'd never trust this CVS pharmacy with a loved one. Always check your pills. Could have been deadly but thankfully I'm young(ish) and healthy. I also considered an error when I had symptoms. The positives is they do accept FedEx boxes, they have a photo section, and they do also have a pharmacy. The pharmacy seems to always either be busy or short staffed as well but they push through. The employees on the floor is constantly changing and some of them are really rude. I have found one lady that normally works in the photo and several other places in the store but she is always so sweet. I'll have get her name. When you get photos printed here, make sure to take a look before leaving to make sure it's up to par. All in all this is a decent Walgreens but it's not the best. They have somethings that need to be worked out and this could be a great place.

Another call for 35 minutes and hung up again. Why have to wait to speak with someone when you could have a callback system and would get notified when they are ready to talk to you. Also, they're ability to fill prescriptions is faulty. Other pharmacies call tell you right away is a prescription is available or needs to be ordered. Walgreeens take two or more days just to tell you it's being filled or has to be ordered. Then it takes additional days to fill it if they don't.
