Delays and snags (due to supply chain issues/issues found later in our house - not their fault) came up as they always do in construction projects, and they worked with us gracefully to problem-solve and adjust the vision along the way. If a cabinet part arrived slightly damaged they replaced it without us even asking. Their commitment to quality shows and their team were great to work with.
