Beware! One star is generous. Multiple issues with my kitchen with no accountability from BKT. We've been working kindly with BKT for 9 months and still no resolution. Issues are damaged cabinets that need repair, poor installation for cabinets and counters and wrong sizing and initial measurements so things are just off in places. At this point, I have no other recourse but poor reviews or small claims court. 30K for my scratch and dent kitchen makes me so sad every time I'm in it. read more

I have been working with Robin Mark on getting quotes to add additional upper cabinets to "stack" on top of existing kitchen cabinets to reach the ceiling (my goal). Robin was responsive, professional, friendly, and creative in working through my options while being mindful of the limitations I was facing in getting my objective accomplished. Although I ultimately determined I would need to wait on this project, when the time comes for me to move forward, I will work with Robin again to get this project done. She was great! read more

BK&T helped me find the perfect remnant piece for a rental property I was remodeling. The granite is beautiful and it really ties the room together. Receiving confirmation that appointments, such as the measure and final install, were actually going to happen on a certain day could've been a little better. But other than that I have no complaints. My installer was Tré and him and his partner seamlessly installed the countertop. And in record time too, I didn't know you could drill out a faucet hole and install so fast! I have another remodel coming up in a few months and I will certainly be stopping by again. read more

They are unprofessional and rude with no regard whatsoever to their employees who install these kitchens or the customers putting out money to redo their kitchens. The cabinets are cheap and break easily and they can give no resolution. Highly disappointed and i won't recommend this service/ company to anyone... not even an enemy at this point. I would NOT recommend this place at all. After my initial interview with my designer, Kristin Marks, it took a week or so to get in contact with her again to finalize details. Then she screwed up my work order of a double vanity which arrived with two asymmetrical cabinets and only one of them prepared for its sink. Well.. five months later and I'm still waiting for the drawer that is supposed to fit the second sink. She never returned my calls. Their customer service is terrible. The lady at the front desk doesn't care and doesn't really want to help you. She is just there to transfer calls to a voicemail that takes you to nowhere. read more

This company was a disappointment. When I went to the store, the sales representative, Michelle, was pleasant and very helpful, but when I sent an e-mail over the weekend asking her a few questions that had occurred to me after I left the store, I received no reply, even though I told her that if she was working that day, a Saturday, she needn't take time to answer until the following week, as I imagined that Saturdays are a busy day for them, given the number of people who can't shop on weekdays. I received no response whatsoever--ever. I was shopping for a shower door and accompanying panels. Granted, that isn't a large purchase, but if the store has a policy of not handling small projects, that should be made clear before a customer spends the time getting to the store and taking time to shop. I don't know why a salesperson would spend the time, either, if the store has such a policy. This store had lovely displays of lovely fixtures and products. It's too bad that their follow-up is nonexistent. If you want to waste your time, this is the place to do it. read more

Very disappointed in the service and inept sales people. I placed an order for bathroom tile, I knew my square footage amount needed. The tiles were patterned so they came in 2 sizes. The sales person pretty much ordered 50/50 of the product. I did question her, even saying, that I probably needed 1/3 and 2/3 of the tile. (It was a 2:1 size ratio). She spent a lot of time on the calculator coming up with numbers and assured me that her numbers were what I needed. I guess I should have pushed a little more, but, it's not my area of expertise so I went with it. Low and behold, I had too much of one size and not enough of the other. Gave me a hard time about returning unused portion and ordering me what I needed. Still waiting for said product, and now it's been weeks. Haven't gotten any money back and still have the 2 boxes of extra tiles. Gave my contractor the run around as well and issue is still unresolved. I would not recommend this place. I gave it 2 stars because my tile is pretty. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Dishonest. Discourteous. Disengaged! I'd stay away from this outfit. After one of their "designers" (Gail) came to our house to measure and take pictures, we never heard from her again! After 4 weeks, I began leaving her voicemails and messages with the staff. She never answered any of them. Finally, after 2 more weeks, I called the manager. I had to chuckle when he asked her to pick up her phone, and I heard no sound---as she was obviously protesting silently! He then apologized, but now after 3-4 more weeks, he hasn't provided the estimate that was promised. If Gail had decided that she did not want the job, common courtesy and integrity would have prompted her to return a customer's calls in order to communicate. Obviously, Gail lacks such a vital element needed to successfully interact with customers---or with anyone, for that matter! read more

Sadly this company was a huge disappointment and I would love to give them 0 stars!! We were looking to remodel our master bathroom. I spent HOURS designing and picking out my items.......We decided to use our own contractor and use this company to purchase our cabinets. There were a few design changes to be made and we NEVER heard back from them!!! Sad that they missed out on $30k worth of work just because we wanted our contractor to install the products!! The display room is outdated and ugly so no design ideas coming from there!!! Overall, I would recommend going online and work with your own contractor or find another company!!! read more

Excellent workmanship on our kitchen counter, sink and backsplash, however overall management of the project was nonexistent. Throughout the course of the project there were company caused delays. The sink installer came unprepared and he needed to call in carpenters to build a substructure, which should have been done before he arrived. This caused a delay in installing the sink and countertop. The wrong faucet was sent, causing another delay, and some trim pieces were lost, causing a two-week delay. Our kitchen was not finished until about three weeks past the anticipated completion date. read more

This is the worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with! It's been over a year and a half and they still can't get things right. No communication what so ever. Their service associates are rude and incompetent. Attempting to get ahold of anyone there who has some common sense is like trying to find that elusive Unicorn. Steer clear of this company, unless of course, you enjoy headaches and stress. Management sucks. They constantly pass the buck to other people in an attempt to make themselves look as though they are not incompetent, or in the wrong. When you call them to inform them of how rude their repair associates are they basically tell you that you're a liar, and that it's not in their associates typical character to behave that way. Their pictures are misleading, to say the least. The quality of their work is questionable at best! I will allow my builder and lawyers to handle them from here on out. The kitchen design was good although nothing we had not seen from other kitchen designers. We chose to use Bath, Tile and Kitchen for a substantial kitchen remodel due to the belief they would be able to design and deliver on the entire kitchen and bath proect. However the experience was painful as after the design was done most everything was a problem. The management and communication throughout the project was not only bad the organization continually was non-responsive on requests for updates. This was what I would so consider a large overall sale for the company (above $50k) yet they consistently made mistakes. Worse several of the cabinets installed had quality issues which were still not fixed over 2 months past installation (had to constantly follow-up to get action). The first red flag for us should have been the organization's fixation on getting deposits on every individual transaction and then cashing checks the same day. If you choose to use them my advice would be go in expecting that Bath Tile and Kitchen will not offer any assistance post sale and likely will not deliver the complementary products (sinks, fixtures, etc) on time. read more
